- The HOA requires the property to have a pest control service come to the property to service on the first Wednesday of each month. Guests do not have to be present for them to service. Treatments usually take only a few minutes. The technician will knock, but has an access code to enter if guests are not home. If guests have a pet, they'll need to leave them crated or bring them along to avoid any issues
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the front door facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. It records video and sound when activated by motion
