Stayed Aug 1, 2025The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was prompt and attentive in answering any questions we had. The property is beautifully situated in a resort community, where you’re greeted by charming dolphin statues and vibrant, colorful plants as soon as you drive straight in and approach the main security guard gate for check-in.The listing’s many amenities were exactly as promised, and we even spotted some local wildlife. Our family loved swimming at the main pool, sipping kid-friendly margaritas, and strolling along the peaceful nature trail. In the evenings, we relaxed with views of the lake from the pool and enjoyed the stunning night sky.The location is perfect—just minutes from Disney Springs, Old Town Orlando, Universal’s Volcano Bay, H2O Water Park, Walt Disney World, ICON Park, and the Promenade at Sunset Walk, plus only about 45 minutes from Cocoa Beach.We had a wonderful stay and will be returning!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Service was terrible and not timely, couldn't get in the unit for the first hour, no wifi for 22 hours and the unit is located in a Verizon dead spot, back sliding screen door was ripped out of the frame, back sliding door had damage all over it from being previously pried open, the security bar on back sliding door was also broken from a previous forced entry and not repaired. Anyone could break in the back door. There was a plumbing leak that wasn't repaired and not shown in VRBO pictures, water marks on the living room ceiling, and visible mold on the drywall at 2 locations where there were holes in the drywall from water damage. The unit was not cleaned, but they still charge a cleaning fee. The HVAC system was filthy and visible in the living room. We left for security, mold, and indoor air quality deficiencies. We provided pictures and documentation of all listed issues to Evolve, the property manger, and they refused to refund even though we didn't stay. No where to sumbit pictures on this site or I would.
