Across the street from Cubs Stadium. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Besides it being centrally located to everything. The property really does have a very open and comfortable and cozy feel to it. It comes fully equipped with all the essentials and amenities to make you feel like you're at home. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. I do have an electric self-inflating air mattress that you can use if you need it. The property It's located right in front of your parking spot,

Stayed Feb 16, 2023Beds were comfortable, kitchen had necessary supplies, laundry facilities on site was a plus, yard was tidy and for our event the location was good. I would recommend changing out the current bathroom rugs to non slip rugs. Very dangerous for anyone. Unfortunately, we were not at all pleased with the propane tank being empty. We were especially unhappy with the patio furniture, because one of chair cushions had a very strong cat odor and the umbrella was broken so we could not open it, which was needed for our family meal and family conversation during the day.
