We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach with a beautiful view. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything our family of 4 needed for a comfortable stay.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the space was cozy. We especially appreciated how responsive the host was with any questions.Overall, a relaxing, stress-free getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking!

We have stayed at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort many times over the last thirty years and this was probably the nicest decorated and appointed 1 bedroom condo we have ever stayed in there. We had a delightful 3 nights there. The pool area and beach were both clean and lovely. Would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing it with us!

The condo was very tastefully decorated, well furnished and clean. The location was perfect! The view was wonderful and the amenities like the lazy river, pool, and hot tub were great!

Our family has stayed at different condos at Bridgewater, and this has been the best one yet. Best View, best and up-to-date amenities, comfortable living arrangements, and great communication with owner. Will definitely be returning to this specific condo unit.

I had a wonderful time here due to the cleanliness and condition of the condo. Melanie has it beautifully decorated and accomodated with all needed supplies so it feels good and functions just like it needs to. I love the 4th floor and the more southern end of Bridgewater where it sits. The ocean view is unbeatable and on the coastal side is just around the corner from the elevator for quick service to everywhere you want to go and ease of loading and unloading. It's perfect. IMO you can't go wrong here. Thank you Melanie for a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately the pool was not available due to maintenance but the host provided alternatives. Towels were very good quality and the i it is nicely updated.

We've stayed at Bridgewater a few times but this unit had the best view! We even saw dolphins from the balcony one morning. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the owner responded almost immediately to any message we sent. We would definitely stay here again!

Great views, very cute, well decorated, and well equipped. Very easy check in and talking with the owners. Only thing I missed was a washer and dryer in the unit.

Beds and furniture very comfortable. It was a great place to stay and we will go again.

We had a great long weekend here, it's a great area and has access right to the pool and beach. We will hopefully be back!

A very very nice property, the hostess/owner was amazing. The place was small but since we were a party of two, it was fine. If I had a complaint, it would be the inconsistent wi-fi but we survived. To sum it up, I'd rebook.

We love coming to Litchfield Beach in the spring and fall.. even survived Helene without a problem. Bridgewater is blessed with a great location, fantastic view, with limited crowds. I applaud the owner/host and their quick response and immediate solution to an initial concern upon check-in! Thanks for a memorable time at the beach.

Loved the location of the unit. It was well kept and convenient to restaurants and shops! Would stay again!

This unit is adorable, very clean and well appointed but very TINY. The VRBO description does not in any way depict this. We felt claustrophobic. The ceilings were low and in the galley kitchen we had to walk sideways if we both needed to be in the space. There is no separation between the bedroom, (i.e. door) and sitting area as the unit entrance is directly into two double beds. You proceed to a very narrow galley kitchen (no dishwasher or washing machine) and into a small sitting area. Fortunately, the unit has a beautiful ocean view. Great for a short weekend stay but wouldn't rent for any longer.

First, let me say that the unit was as advertised. It was clean, nicely decorated, well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable for two people. Great location and ocean view. There are two reasons for three star instead of a five. When we arrived the key pad entry did not work and I could not find the owner's phone number and a call to VRBO (in some foreign country) was no help. Eventually found owner's number and problem was immediately fixed when we reached her. The biggest problem was that the building fire alarm went off multiple times requiring evacuation. Several of these were in the middle of the night and all of them were false alarms. This completely ruined our last two nights there. When we reported this to owner we were told, yeah, this happens when it rains a lot and the control panel gets moisture in it. !!!! FIX THE PROBLEM!!!

This was the perfect place for our stay! The place is immaculate, super cute and had everything we needed. Perfect to watch the ocean in the morning with coffee or evening with a beverage. The owners are so accommodating and very timely with communication. We hope to return!

The rooms were cheerfully decorated, clean and lovely. The view from the balcony was wonderful and lazy river and pool views and access were added bonus. Check in and communication was super eSy and flawless.
