4BR Rice Village w/Rooftop Deck & BBQ, Sleeps 12

Well appointed and clean home. The home is much more spacious than the pictures show. There was plenty of room for my entire family to spread out and have space while I recovered from surgery. I found it a comfortable place to recover in. The beds & lines were a great quality. Kitchen appliances were not intuitive, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and sent a video on how to operate. The home does sit on one street that is rather busy. The street noise did not bother me, but it did my mother. The neighborhood was very nice and has a great café that is within walking distance down the street. The home is also conveniently located to hospitals, grocery stores, and restaurants. I had to extend our stay for follow-up appointments. The host were able to accommodate which made things much easier for me. Any questions I had or help I needed was addressed by the host with incredible speed.

This house is setup very nicely for family/group gatherings and me and my family had an absolutely wonderful time not only in the house, but exploring the surrounding areas, Rice Village, Kirby and Shepherd streets. From beds, baths, kitchen, living and outdoor areas, parking, etc, it is all great! Nice collection of games as well!!

Great house for our joint family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the game room and comfy beds. Great area! Would def rent again next visit to Houston.

Kids loved the arcade and played board games. Beds & pillows comfy, linens upscale & spotless. Kitchen appliances very nice! Dishwasher drawers didn't quite fit right but worked fine. Nice spices, dishware & cookware. Only thing we found missing was a dish scrubber! Our host responded to questions quickly. Thanks, we had a nice stay.

This was a perfect location for our annual guys weekend. The condo was clean, roomy, and well appointed. Would not hesitate to stay there again when in Houston.

Our family of 7 just stayed at this condo for Rice graduation. It is a beautiful place, with really high end appliances and finish. There are multiple areas to gather, a big living room, a game area, and a nice rooftop deck.The location is great, close to Rice Village and Montrose. It is on a busy street but we couldn't hear any street noise except on the deck (there are multiple decks). The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around. 5 stars, fully recommend.

This stay was amazing from the spacious living areas to the arcade on the bottom floor. Definitely a place to keep booking.

Great neighborhood House was great

The home was great and had everything we wanted/needed for our stay. Walking distance from a lot of stores and food and only a 15 min drive from most things we wanted to do. Host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. Definitely recommend!

We came in for our annual Nutcracker Market celebration and shopping weekend. What an amazing house! All the rooms are so comfortable and the rooftop sunsets are gorgeous! The team was so easy to get in touch with and check in/ check out was super easy. Thank you for everything!

Location is perfect for visiting Rice campus! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, easy parking, LOTS of room, and very easy to work with property owners. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family was attending a memorial service for my mother-in-law. Your home was perfect for our group of 10. Very spacious, great layout for our group to visit, catch-up. Close to Rice Village, West University. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at the Rice Village Retreat during our football game weekend. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. The townhouse itself was clean and spacious The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at the Rice Village Retreat and would highly recommend it.

Very cool property within 5 minute drive/15 min walk to Rice Village. Great communication and amenities. wished we could have stayed longer. Things to note: the bunk room is the only bedroom on the ground floor. The 2nd floor is living/kitchen and 3rd has primary suite & gorgeous bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and bathrooms (they share a shower/toilet but have separate vanity/sink/closet areas). This layout worked great for our family and ages of our kids. We were able to park 2 large vehicles in gravel area (a bit tricky but doable and a smaller sedan in the garage. We loved the decor and quality of linens. Bring your favorite ground coffee (not beans) with you can enjoy the very cute dedicated coffee bar. The rooftop patio on 4th level is large and would have been a great place to hang out if we’d had more time. Overall, loved our short stay!

My friends and I loved the house! It is very spacious and there are so many rooms. It’s also located in a safe area and very close to everything in Houston. All the Ubers/ Lyfts were super cheap from this location. The house was also very nicely decorated and all the rooms were so cute! They had games to play and plenty of dishes to use for a large group as well. The house was very clean and organized. This is the perfect place to stay, I would definitely recommend.
