4BR-3BA Penthouse Unit on the Beach! Near Pier Park! Spacious Balcony!

Amazing corner view from the balcony. I loved watching the wind and the tides moving the water so far out into the ocean. Watching dolphins surface in the mornings is something my kids still talk about. We could also see the fireworks from Pier Park at one point.The owner reached out to let us know about a potential issue well before our stay was scheduled. They were very nice and easy to work with as well as being prompt to respond. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean, cool, and very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay ON the beach. And the indoor pool was huge plus for my smaller kids!!

The best host!!!! The unit is a great location!!! Needs some updating but still a good place for a quick beach trip. Would recommend to friends for certain

This particular condo has been where we have had a family vacation for the last 5 years. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and accommodates our family to include seniors with limited mobility. The grounds surrounding condos are monitored for safety and the pool was cleaned daily. We will be returning to enjoy this condo next year!

The condo itself was great, however the elevators are a major problem. Only 2 of the 3 were in use during my stay and those two weren’t safe. I got stuck in one several times and had to pry the door open. Maintenance had to intervene all week and people waited hours to use the elevators. I stayed on the 23rd floor and was very anxious about getting on the elevator and didn’t go to my room until it was time for bed to reduce trips on elevator. This was a family vacation and my 67 year old mother was not able to go up and down 23 floors. We spoke to someone on the HOA who said this problem had been going on for months. This was a serious safety issue and honestly will not stay at this condo again.

Arrive right at check in time for smooth elevator ride. All amenities were great. The place was clean and quiet with great views. It is close to everything and right on the beach. It has everything you need and plenty of room. I would go back anytime.

Condo was very nice and plenty of room for our family of 8! The view was beautiful! There was a wagon in the room that was very helpful for luggage and groceries being carried from the car. Host was very accommodating and let us have an early check in as well. We will definitely be using this place again. VERY PLEASED!!

Elevator didn’t work most of the time all week we were there and parking sucked. We’ve stayed at many places in PCB and this was by far least favorite!

The place was great and the view. No problems with anything was perfect and would stay again.

If you don’t mind a little bit of wind when you’re out on the balcony, this is a great place! Three elevators, so very little waiting. Indoor pool if the weather outside doesn’t cooperate. Beautiful beach. Walking distance to several places to eat, shop, play mini golf.

Great condo. Location is great and has plenty of parking. The condo was very clean. Can’t wait to stay here again.

loved the views, and the place is clean and well maintained. For that kind of coin, you'd think they might have Kleenex, perhaps a bar of soap - things are kept pretty spartan. But the location and views tend to make you forget about the little things. property is well maintained and safe.

A great place for a family to get together. The property managers Jay and Pam were excellent.The only complaint was the parking. We had more than one car with our family coming from different areas. We only had one space.

The view of the gulf on the twenty third floor is unmatched! It was breathtaking!

So, I will start by saying we didn’t have one single issue with the check in, on the contrary we arrived a couple of hours before check in time and the host was quick to respond with a new door code to allow us early entry. The unit is much larger than what it appears in the pictures and there is a ton of room. The beds weren’t terrible but they were not firm, but to each their own, my kids loved them. The parking was great being right next to the elevator. The indoor and outdoor pools were both heated to around 84-85 degrees. This made for pleasant swims with the children. Overall very satisfied and the off season price was a great bargain, I would definitely stay again.

The Condo was perfect for our family vacation. Large balcony with beautiful ocean views!! We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

Great location. Beach not crowded. Condo had a great layout with 2 King rooms with their own bath and 2 queen rooms with a shared bath. Hosts Jay and Pamela were quick to respond to any messages and were very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay! We had 4 couples. The place was roomy , great view, and perfect for our annual Labor Day get away!

We book this condo for our daughters birthday. Having the 4 bedrooms was a must, and the size of the bedrooms was great. We had ages 10 - 70 staying at the condo and everyone loved it. They have everything you need at the condo. It's easy to access the elevators and parking. The host was quick to respond when we had concerns too. Would diffidently book again!!!

Wonderful condo! This was our 2nd time staying at this particular condo. This was 10th yr at PCB and again this is by far the best place to stay!

The condo is just what we were wanting for our family of 7. It is convenient to eating and shopping. The beach is a short walk from the room. The owners were quick to respond and even let us check in before scheduled time. The only con was the pool area is small.

Just a couple of hiccups with door codes being accurate for getting there and locking us out early, but easy fixes once we were able to get in contact with owners. They were very promot in resolving those issues. Great condo….clean, spacious, fast elevators, great view. Would definitely rent again.

Owners were very accommodating with check in. Condo was perfect for us (G’ma and G’pa, mom and dad, and 3 small kids) and view was fantastic! We all really enjoyed our stay! Indoor pool was nice on a drizzly day for kids.
