We had 8 adults, the place was amazing, and there was so much room for all of us. Great view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Will be back again.

Very convenient to everything, right on the beach, quiet, safe and had plenty of room for all 12 of us. Plenty of bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again. Owners were great and answered questions within a couple of minutes usually.

Beautiful views (watched the sunrise every morning) and great space for my family of ten. We had ages ranges from 9 to 83 years old. The cleanliness was the only issue- the owners did let us know they are in the process of changing cleaning companies to help with opportunities noted. Everything else was easy and no issues.

Housekeeping could have done a better job of cleaning.

This was our second time and we love it. Perfect location the owners responded to questions Very quickly. Wish the internet was better but other than that 5 stars!!!

The beach and pool are excellent for a family

This is our 3rd year to stay at this condo. Check in is so smooth, we love the layout and spacious living area. This 4 bedroom condo is perfect for our large family. We always vacationed in Destin for 20 years but Pensacola Beach is less crowded and no traffic (most of the time but not Destin traffic). We just got home today and have next year booked already.

We have stayed here multiple times! The host is always helpful, the unit is clean and well stocked. Beautiful views. We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach.

It was a beautiful well stocked condo - very large

The condo is very roomy. We particularly enjoyed the double sized living area with two heavy duty dining tables to accommodate our party of 10 which included 3 grandchildren. There was noticeable attention to detail in the lighting and layout. Bonnie was impressed with the woodwork and the best sliding glass balcony doors we've used (heavy duty but easy to glide). There were lots of beach toys, floats, chairs for the use of guests and many puzzles, games, dvds for off the beach time. The condo complex was well-maintained and the other guests and residents were friendly and pleasant. The pool and pool area was always clean and nice to use. It's a great place for a family to stay. A bonus was almost perfect weather and surf for the entire week of our stay.

We had a wonderful time. We had 8 adults and 2 children. It was just the right size. There are 2 balconies to sit on and the beach toys are in a closet between the two. We loved our time here and booked again for next year!!

This spacious condo, with easy access to elevators directly outside of the unit, had a beautiful view of the beach from both beachfront patios. The furnishings were tasteful and updated and they were in fairly good condition. We especially enjoyed the two dining tables seating 6 each, and the two refrigerators. The cleanliness of the condo could be easily improved with things like cleaning the silverware trays and the pots/pans cabinets, cleaning on top of the frig and getting rid of the two very old and dirty box fans. There were only 7 dinner size plates and 7smaller plates for our family of 12, so we had to do dishes a lot! The legs on the two tall drink tables on the patios are completely rusted out and metal fragments littered the deck floor under the tables. One patio sofa was missing a seat cushion. Overall, the beds were fairly comfortable but a bit soft. The white bathroom towels were old and need to be replaced. The bathrooms should have a good scrubbing with Clorox or other cleaner to look and smell clean. We did like having the extra beach towels to use and we laundered them before putting them back in the cabinet. The entry door to the unit looks very worn and needs to be repaired and repainted. Although older, (built in 1960’s) the overall Regency Towers complex was nicely maintained and the big pool was nice and clean!

Amazing views and plenty of space!

Great place for many family members. The ease of beach access is wonderful. Would recommend a stay here. The host are wonderful to work with and their response to messages were quick and to the point.

This was a perfect accommodation. The three children loved the balconies and the pool and ocean. We cooked dinner together every night but one and the kitchen is very nicely equipped. The one night we went out, we had several area restaurants to choose from that were kid-friendly. We chose Red Fish Blue Fish. This was a wonderful Spring Break.

Place was great. Plenty of room for all. Only thing we would have liked was a larger tv in the family room for game day

This condo was perfect size for our family vacation and would highly recommend! Also loved that this property is a little further away from the bigger beach crowds.

The size of the condo is perfect for our large family. I love the separate wash room. Owner is very easy to correspond with. This was our second year and we are booked for next year.

We have stayed here several times and will do so again if it is available.

This place fit our family wonderfully! We had extended family that flew in and stayed elsewhere, but we had our beach time and meals together and two tables, two refrigerators, made this so much easier! The hosts were amazing, there were some slight cleanliness issues that they resolved quickly and really didn’t affect our stay. We had an amazing time and look forward to next year!
