4914 Turtle Point Villa by Akers Ellis Rentals

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and spacious. The view of the lagoon and all the nature in it were amazing to watch. We saw a huge gator plus 3 more sized gators even a baby. The birds that hang at the lagoon were so amusing to watch every day. You also can sit on your porch and watch the golfers on the 18th hole. Sit on the beach from 11 until 4 pm is perfect. Then come back to the villa for dinner and lagoon watching until dark. Amazing Stay! Can't wait to come back to this villa.

We had a great time. The condo is clean and well provisioned. Beds were comfortable and we sat outside in mornings. It was a great spot to watch the full moon rising. The alligator visited and sunned itself just off the deck almost every morning. We saw a mama deer with her 2 youngsters. Went to beach and the park most days and really enjoyed it. Convenient to Charleston for sightseeing and dinner. We took a day trip to Savannah and that was fun. We would stay here again.

Great East Beach location on the lagoon!

Wonderful location.. enjoyed the wildlife. Loved the deck, despite it being summer we enjoyed the deck each night. Great layout. And the updates were very nice.

Our family of 4 has stayed on Kiawah many times, but this property was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short bike ride to the beach. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife and golfers. Our kids, ages 9 and 11 said this was their favorite stay on Kiawah as well :) We hope to stay here again in the future!

The property is very well kept and nicely decorated. Location is very good, close to the beach and to the golf course. Would highly recommend to other guests intending to stay on the island. The only problem we had was with the fire alarms which on 2 consecutive days went off for no reason (batteries?). Maintenance was very quick to take care of the problem.

Perfect spot to spend a few days over spring break. The location was perfect! The condo layout was comfortable, spacious and ideal for our family of four. We appreciated how well stocked the condo was! Beautiful views of the lagoon, and the 18th hole of Turtle Point Golf Course. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and golfers passing by. We hope to visit this spot again!!!

Condo was clean and just as pictured. We have stayed on the beach and near the tennis courts on other trips but we enjoyed this location on the golf course the best. Plenty of dishes and cookware in kitchen. The gear rental was there when we arrived and although one bike made a horrible grating sound like a bearing was bad, VayK gear brought another one the next day. My only suggestion would be to supply a few more things like coffee filters, facial tissue at the condo. We had a great time and would stay here again!

The view was gorgeous and the location was very convenient to all the island has to offer. Will definitely book this home again!
