This Kiawah Island vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers 3 bedrooms, a gorgeous lagoon view, and a lovely screened porch. This Turtle Cove villa is a short 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. As of Fall 2021, this villa wasfully renovated with new flooring, new bathrooms, and a new kitchen.

This adorable villa offers a living space with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The beautiful, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite countertops and is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. With seating for 6, the dining area located right off the kitchen is the perfect area for hosting meals. It also offers access to the breezy screened porch with amazing views!

The cozy primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, and private access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom also has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The villa is also equipped with a pack n play for guest use.

The villa’s screened porch has views of the lagoon and boasts a ceiling fan and plenty of seating.

There are Sonos speakers available for guest use in the living area and primary bedroom.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
