This beautifully updated Kiawah Island vacation rental boasts three bedrooms, lagoon views, and a lovely screened porch. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this first-floor Tennis Club villa is conveniently located next to the best beach access pointin all of Tennis Club.

The living room features a wall of sliding glass doors that open directly to the screened porch. A Comfortable sofa, loveseat, chair, TV, and games make the living room a welcoming place to gather and entertain with family and friends. The renovated kitchen is open to the living room and dining area and offers seating at the bar. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area offers lagoon views and has convenient access to the screened porch. The screened porch features a table and chairs for al fresco dining or soaking in the view.

The primary suite has lagoon views and features a king bed, flat screen TV, and updated bathroom with double sinks and tile shower. Two additional bedrooms feature two queen beds each, allowing everyone in your party to have their own bed. One bedroom offers two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and bay window with sitting area and has private entry to the updated hall bathroom with tile shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

    The property was perfect for the 6 of us playing tennis, it is very close to the Roy Barth Center. The apartment was clean and as described. The screened-in porch was perfect for gator and bird watching. Overall, I would recommend, but ensure to bring everything you need for the kitchen. There were no coffee filters, salt/pepper/spices, or other basic condiments left from previous stays. The house did supply laundry and dishwasher pods, which were convenient. The seating area only fits up to 5 people comfortably.

    Busy week in Kiawah but this property is a short walk to the beach and was in a perfect spot at the end of the tennis villas.

    The property was clean and beautiful but the King Bed in the master was like sleeping on a slanted piece of plywood. The beds in the other two rooms had much softer mattresses - adult children didn’t complain about them.

    Perfect location between ocean and tennis. Villa had nice screened porch overlooking a lagoon. Having 3 bedrooms and baths was nice. Some maintenance needed, some supplies could be better.

    Very nice first floor villa, very clean. Close to the Tennis Center, Town Center Market, and the Sanctuary. Beach access was a little bit further than expected due to the boardwalk over the lagoon being closed (closest beach access is still Boardwalk 27, just use the foot/bike path through the tennis area). Kitchen had a good selection of dishware, pots and pans, and utensils. Full-size clothes washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances worked well.

    Very happy with the communication with property management. All information received prior to arrival was very helpful. There is a grocery delivery service that you can order from online and have delivered to your unit prior to your arrival...sadly, I did not see this until after we were there (my fault) but will know for next time. The location of unit was fantastic - a quick, easy walk or bike ride to beach. Delivery and pick up of bikes, chairs, and umbrellas was great. Riding bikes on the beach was amazing! We loved Kiawah, the beach and will definitely return.

    Layout worked well for our family. Our teen boys had their own rooms with bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Freshfields Village. If you are bringing coffee please note there is coffee maker but not a Keurig. It wasn’t a problem, just an FYI and they sell fresh ground coffee at the Town Center Market! Overall no issues with the unit.

    Villa is a great location - quick/easy path to beach and tennis courts. No hassle check in and bikes were waiting for us! Couldn't have been easier.
