Great place to stay in a fantastic location! The beach access trail is right out the front door and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Turtle point golf course is also within walking distance, or a very short drive, for those who are looking to golf. Will absolutely be staying here again!

The villa had what we needed, but the kitchen and furniture (couch & master mattress specifically) could use a little maintaining and/or updating. The AC froze the first evening we got there, but maintenance was quick to respond. The main issue we had was the bridge in the pictures for easier access to the beach, was closed and looks to be closed for the foreseeable future and shouldn’t be used as a selling point at this time. We would recommend the place/location, but maybe call about the bridge access before booking. Overall successful trip and we will be back to the area!

If they were negative stars they would definitely receive this. Customer service was nice on the phone, but did nothing on the backend. The pictures clearly showed a pool on slide 28 of 29 of their pictures for the unit, which they acknowledged and have since removed. The customer service rep clearly stated that this was false advertising and proceeded to getting us set up at the local representative to solve the issue. The local rep tried to set us up with a subpar unit where we did not have adequate sleeping arrangements for the family. We canceled the trip, did not have to pay for the nights that we did not stay but had to pay all associated fees and taxes for those nights we did not stay. A $102 night at a place that we drove 3 children under 7 years old around all day from office to office looking for “the pool” cost us $419 and completely wasted our day. I guess I would say to not go by the pictures they choose to put up for their “units”. Read the fine print.

Nice condo, ample room for the two of us, some updates. Bridge across lagoon was closed, adding 5 minutes to the walk to the beach. Enjoyed screened in porch overlooking lagoon and watching Arnold the alligator swim by. Condo is exactly as pictured.
