    The condo was as shown in the pictures - very comfortable and it had everything we needed .The area was quiet and relaxing. We loved the screened in porch! We were able to watch all of the wildlife - deer, gators, turtles, bullfrogs - we loved it. Even the walk to the beach was interesting. We enjoyed the close proximity to Charleston as well. It is a beautiful city. We will be back!

    The Villa was clean inside and they had fresh coffee ready for us when we arrived with clean utensils, plates and silverware for cooking. However, the stairwell was infested with spiders. Upon arrival, we had to clear the entrance of webs and spiders. During the week, we noticed a large brown widow that was perched along the stairwell. Upon checkout, we noticed a very large brown spider inside of the laundry washer. Hopefully, the unit gets a strong insecticide applied to the inside and outside of the area. Everything else was great during our stay and we had a great time!

    We loved being so close to the beach and trails and just a short drive to restaurants at Freshfields! The rental had everything we needed and we were thankful for the $150 rentals credit.

    The villa was just perfect for a reset weekend. It rained most of the weekend but with the beautiful view of nature, even that didn’t deter a relaxing atmosphere at such a beautiful island. Thanks for sharing.

    Initial opinion was nice and well laid out (clean sheets, sinks, tub, etc.). Overall unit was not clean (kit. cabs., base board trim, tile floors/joints; particularly the screened porch)...The frig smelled of fish. Had cleaning crew try to rid (they got 50%). We ended up buying vinegar and scrubbing inside. Outside Bldg lighting (entrance stairs, security, unit no., etc.) out 3 days. I called on my second day to get repair person out. Finally corrected.. Had to use flash lights to get up stairs safely. This unit needs a deep clean and trim painted, etc to command these prices.

    Some sundry items were missing upon arrival: soap, detergent pods, dishwashing pods, etc. Door is in bad shape and needs fixed. Sticks and is hard to close. Screened in lanai needs a little cleaning. Shelves in dining area need to be tightened or removed. Otherwise, it is a nice condo overlooking the pond and is nicely appointed.
