Stayed Jul 27, 2024For our first trip to Kiawah Island, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice, quiet, and uncrowded the beach and neighborhood were. Beach rental credit was excellent and the condo met our needs. Be sure to rent some bikes and a trailer for your trek to the beach. The walk isn't terrible though. The unit is showing its age a little and could use some TLC.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023The arrival and entry to the unit were hassle-free. Exactly as pictured and very clean; I especially liked that I could walk in bare feet and feel no cleaning product on the floor! Unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Great property manager, great location, and I'll certainly book this unit again.

Stayed Oct 21, 2021The townhouse was great, and the porch overlooking the water was perfect. We rented bikes with our beach gear credit and had a blast riding on the beach and on the pathways throughout the development. Bonus-alligator and bird watching from the deck!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again, we enjoyed staying at 4754 Tennis Club! A very comfortable villa. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable furniture in the living room and love the screened porch looking out over the lagoon.The drain in the master bathroom sinks still run slow, could be an easy fix. We will definitely rent this villa again, and we highly recommend this unit!

The screened porch was very quiet considering its central location. My only comments are that it could use an interior paint job (especially in the bathrooms) and perhaps a change of sheets to something not as rough. The checking in and out process was seamless which was super nice. Would stay here again.
