Stayed Dec 7, 2018Liked the size and layout. With 4 adults and 1 child, it made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. Close by to our activity (marathon). A couple of suggestions for improvement....hand towels in bathrooms and instructions for tv / cable operation. We figured it out, but it took a little time.

Stayed May 9, 2024We stayed here for a tennis tournament on the island. Location was super convenient, place was clean and easy check in instructions from management. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 13, 2022Beautiful spot. We were focused on beaching & biking our entire stay, so we were easy to please. The wildlife was a nice surprise as well: Deer, dolphins, & sea turtles.

Stayed May 30, 2022Very comfortable villa, well appointed and good location. Would recommend bikes for beach, otherwise, quite a long walk.

Stayed Apr 15, 2022This villa is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the Sanctuary, the beach and Town Center Market. The layout inside worked well for us. Our teen had his own room and bathroom. Loved that the porch was enclosed and part of the living space. Beautiful views of the lagoon. The kitchen was fully equipped. This unit has a washer, dryer and fireplace. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs an update in general...furnishings and a new washer/dryer unit. The dryer barely works and the buzzer is broken on it. We read all the signs on it and it still dried sporadically. Also, this first floor unit was very noisy from the unit above. Overall it was very worn. There are so many rental options, we would not chose this one again.
