This first-floor Tennis Club Villa features a one-story layout with amplenatural light and beautiful hardwood flooring. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and views of the Roy Barth Tennis Courts. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and provides ample counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The cozy dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers tennis views, ample seating, and close proximity to the kitchen.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV (streaming only), and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and a shower and bathtub combination.

The secondary bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2 twin-sized beds, a TV, and a secondary bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. The secondary bathroom also features a shower and bathtub combination.

The screened porch is a perfect spot to drink your coffee, lounge, and watch tennis!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
