I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great value for the money. We had a great week and the condo was so relaxing with a beautiful view. The condo was a 5 minute walk to the beach and just a short hop to any of the golf courses. I would definitely recommend staying here and will myself next trip to Charleston/Kiawah.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In my 20yrs of coming to Kiawah, this is by far the worst renatl I have ever been in!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a great location. Quick bike ride over the bridge and you are at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Rooms were comfortable. My only suggestion would be that the condo needs a thorough cleaning. Floor is gritty from sand, patio doors need windex, and the furniture is musty smelling.Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in/out and great location. On lagoon for relaxing meals on back porch watching the wildlife. 10 min walk to beach at most, bike credit is a bonus.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. We enjoyed our time at the condo. The king size mattress was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replaced. Also the sheets were stained and did not fit well on the mattress. I know that this is a bit critical but I am sure you want to know how to make the stay a more pleasant one.

Our rental was beautiful and clean. The location is ideal. Minutes from beach on foot or by bicycle and steps away from Sanctuary Hotel. Akers Ellis was so responsive to all her needs and questions. I highly recommend this unit to rent through Akers Ellis.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, but was disappointed with the condition of the property. The sheets on one of the twin beds had a large stain on it. Several light bulbs were out throughout the unit and there are spots on the wall that have been patched, but not painted. The deck was covered in webs and had clusters of spider sacs on the railings.
