Stayed Dec 13, 2024Convenient, on-island location which was perfect for the Kiawah Island marathon weekend. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed villa. Plenty of amenities and a very quiet location. Great for relaxing and hanging out with friends.

Stayed Sep 21, 2023This was our first trip to Kiawah and this was a great first impression. The condo is in a great location-- very easy bike or walk to the beach. Its very relaxing with all the trees around. The condo was nicely decorated as the photos show and overall comfortable. We are hoping to stay again next year!

Stayed Jun 11, 2023Great location! 2nd floor, which I prefer as I don't like hearing footsteps above me. Great layout. Everything you need is in the condo. Needs new cushions/slip covers for the couches and chairs and the deck amd screened in porch are nice, but need a Spring cleaning. We hope to come back and would re-rent this condo for sure!

Stayed May 26, 2023Property was as advertised. 10 minute walk to beach. Property manager was solid and the gear rental was nice. Of note, owners had beach chairs in covered screened porch (porch is a highlight). Would recommend

Stayed Jan 3, 2023The property is stunning, clean and just as pictured. Kiawah never disappoints and this rental afforded us great accommodations. Nicely appointed. The screened in porch was great, albeit chilly and a day of rain during our stay so we weren’t able to utilize it much. The beach chairs were a very nice touch. Akers Ellis does a wonderful job!

Stayed Jun 7, 2022I'm a big fan of Akers Ellis after renting from them previously. This unit was very nice and could be great with some attention to cleaning the screened in porch and bug control, but other than that I still had a nice time and would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Nice, well-decorated space for a few days in Kiawah! Top floor, end unit. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there was good closet space. Space was fairly clean with a few exceptions - floors were a little dirty and the slipcovers on the chairs / sofa could use some cleaning. The walk to the beach was a little longer than anticipated (especially carrying beach gear there). Overall - would recommend!
