Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

    The ocean view was beautiful especially from a very cozy balcony. The walking and biking trails were great. We enjoyed two great meals at Freshfields (48 Wines & Hege’s) and had a great round of golf at Cougar Point.

    This small unit fulfilled our needs for a family of four for a week of vacation. Easy access to beach, parking good. It does need a few things to be fixed door handles that immediately came off doors and the outer screen door doesn’t shut and some of the shutters were broken off upon arrival. A fan vent in master bath above toilet also broken. These broken items never bothered us unless we get held responsible for it. Instead of us the renters providing a list of already broken items upon arrival ….maybe you guys should provide renters a list of what’s broken so we are not responsible for the repairs! Other than that we enjoyed our stay - no issues!

    As the title suggests, the property was very nice and just as advertised. The top floor unit was ideal for us. In addition, this complex sits pretty much mid-island and it was easy to ride bikes anywhere from here. We would stay here again!!

    As advertised, this property has the best view being that it's on the top floor (level 4). Great view from both living room-balcony and master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for everyday cooking. Place could use some refresh including wall paint and light bulbs replacement. Great TV with awesome sound bar for entertainment. Bldg has wide-open parking lot with plenty of bike racks nearby if you're renting bicycles. Will stay again.

    My best friend and I went to Kiawah Island for a weekend getaway. Lovely property with a fantastic view. Sitting on the porch deck watching the ocean was my favorite. Condo was clean and inviting. Would book again without any hesitation.

    We’ve never stayed with Akers Ellis before but have stayed all over Kiawah w other rentals. They were great! Very clean, checked in on us and even offered to come over when we had a small question about something.

    There were several issues with this rental. MOLD all in the master shower. In fact, I took showers in my flip flops. Mold on the ceiling in the living/dining area. Paint was coming off in large sections on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. The light fixture was falling off in the master bathroom toilet room. The air return was broken and filthy. Kept falling open. It appears as if the walls have not been painted in years. There were only folding chairs on the balcony, which only allowed you to look into the wooden rails, not over them. The second bedroom shows a bunk over the king bed, however there is not enough space between the top bunk and the ceiling for someone to sleep there. This property has the potential to be an amazing place, however no one seems to be paying attention to the condition. For the cost, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Owner/Rental Agency seems to be getting a premier price for a SUBPAR property.
