Excellent stay

Super close to the beach, and great host communication.

Property has been renovated, and certainly very cute. We were disappointed to find multiple issues with attention to detail with this property, including no hand soap, only half of roll of toilet paper left and expected to last us for days, limited space to put clothes in a drawer, one of which was completely full of clothes from another person‘s visit, multiple lights out on the stove and in kitchen areas, no deck furniture to sit on the deck. We did appreciate the properties managers response that we had to initiate the first day to bring us soap, toilet paper, and fix some of the lights we requested. Overall frustrated that we had to bring any of this to the attention of the property managers at all. Not the level of VRBO experience we have had in Kiawah by far. Most of the properties that we have stayed in have even had basic salt and pepper and even perhaps some olive oil around. There was absolutely nothing. The property has been beautifully well done. The shower was awesome… But overall doesn’t meet the standards that I’ve come to expect from renting in Kiawah for more than 15 years. Plus it’s a three story walk up with no elevator which I was not aware of for my 79-year-old mother.

Lovely property and accommodations.

Overall great. Close to the beach. Easy access to east beach amenities. Very dusty under bed, not enough forks and spoons, coffee cups. The noisy couch not in best condition. These a minor but hope you take it as comstructive improvement.

The Villa was just right for my husband and me on our week-long stay. It was in a perfect location for us to enjoy the amazing beach (just steps away) and get to Freshfields for groceries, shopping, or eating out. The villa’s layout allowed us to both have virtual work meetings without distractions. The lovely deck was my office! Our only disappointments were the mattress needs to be replaced because we could feel the springs, and a couple more quality pans for stovetop cooking would be nice. We definitely recommend the Villa and hope to stay here again!

This lovely villa was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway to Kiawah Island. With the beach just steps away, a comfortable bed, and nice apportioned kitchen, my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing visit to a favored place.

The condo had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels & Linens. The unit was nice and bright, we loved the porch. The mattress and couch seem a little dated. We loved the location of the unit, steps to the beach!

Great quiet spot everything was as in the description!
