Stayed Aug 23, 2025The place was in a perfect spot for walking to many great places to eat and to the beach. The view was amazing for beautiful sunsets. The little beach on the bay was great for relaxing quietly. I had a problem getting in and Bruce responded promptly to my email to rectify the situation. My family had a wonderful time and we would stay again!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025We loved the location and remarkable bay front views. The view was direct, fully panoramic with no obstructions. While it’s bay front it’s a short walk to the beach because OC is narrow where it’s located. The condo is newer, well decorated and equipped. The kids also enjoyed the bay beach which was manicured every day.

The location is next to just about everything you need, Bruce was a great host and replied right back to any questions I had. Stayed Jun 28, 2024Condo was great! Spacious enough for my family of 5. My favorite part was the view of the bay although it was difficult to sit outside during peak sun hours because of the heat.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024From arrival to departure this beautiful condo did not disappoint! The photos best described the place, and the location was great! Easy walk to the beach, stores, and awesome bay sunsets on the private bay beach! The condo was clean, basic kitchen needs met, and the host gives a great list of what to bring! Only suggestion would be bring your own pillows! Highly recommend staying at 402 sunset beach, and give the host a big thumbs up!!
