Stayed May 24, 2025Condo was very clean and comfortable. We could see the Ocean from the Balcony and out the window. Molly sent me an information for checking in and how to get information about beach safety. Very understanding when I let her know there were issues about getting out on time. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay this is the place.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We've stayed at a number of condos at the The Dunes over the past few years, and this is definitely one of the better one's overall. It had a very nice appearance, and things were generally very clean upon arrival. The property owner was very responsive to questions or any issues we had during our stay. I would definitely rent this unit again if available.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Mrs.Molly and her husband were super easy to communicate with. She messaged when I booked,again a few days before our check in, through our stay and then again on our check out day. Their place had everything we needed from the bathroom to the kitchen items. The bunks slept my kids comfortably. The condo had security and was clean. Definitely would stay here again. We normally stay in Dauphin Island so we like the quietness of the beaches at this end of Fort Morgan.
