Such a great location - close to everything. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The home is equipped with everything you need to just show up. Add some groceries and you’re good.

The Condo is in great location with relaxing views. It is well stocked with everything we needed. The property does however need some deep cleaning both inside and on the outdoor patio.

We enjoyed so many things about this home. Close to campus and centrally located. Awesome sunrise view with a cup of coffee — a great way to start the day. Very responsive to pre-stay questions and attentive to all needs. Thank you and hope to be back!

The condo was perfect for our visit with our son and his family who live close by. The view was terrific and the pool was refreshing during the hot Arizona weather. Jessica was very helpful answering questions about the condo.

My son and I had a good stay here during a baseball tournament in town. Great location, everything was less than 10 minutes away. We used the pool (right outside the front door) every day. We liked the porch and water view. The 2 bed 2 bath set up was great for us. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Covered parking was essential in the summer heat. We'd stay again and recommend it.

This place offers serenity, convenience, cleanliness and comfort. We used just the master bedroom which has a firm bed with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets and appliances. The AC cools well in the 100 plus degree weather. Internets works well. It’s a great Vrbo rental.

Visited for a couple of days. Great location with easy access to the interstate and local grocery store. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped, large kitchen for the size of the condo. The morning sunrise was incredible. I would stay here again.

Beautiful morning sunrises, gorgeous views of the lake… A very peaceful and safe location. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. A great place to stay and soak up some Arizona sunshine.

We very much enjoyed our repeat visit to this lovely waterfront condo in Tempe. The two upstairs bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fully-stocked, the tranquil view of the lake in the morning and evening is beautiful, and the crystal-clean community pool right outside the door is enticing. Communication with hosts was great. What a wonderful place.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and homey. We were very pleased with everything. Nice pool close to unit, view of the lake, covered parking and updated interior. Close to major roads and highways yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious with extra fans, blankets, towels, pool towels, soaps and shampoos. A great place!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Nicely decorated, great views of the lake and centrally located for what we needed.

We stayed there the 1st week of June, not ideal for Tempe AZ because of the heat, but the property was very cool and right next to the swimming pool, so it was just fine! In the evenings and early mornings we were able to sit in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The location was very convenient for us and condo was stocked with everything we needed. The host even allowed us an early check in. Great place! We hope to stay again.
