This condo uniquely offers its guests TWO FREE BEACH SETUPS (4 chaise loungers and 2 umbrellas) available March 15th to October 31st. In addition, the owner has provided additional beach chairs in the condo to carry down to the beach for an abundance of beach chairs! If you are looking to relax on the beach and enjoy everything it has to offer, then this is the condo for you.

Our highly sought after low-floor, gulf-front, platinum-rated, three bedroom, three bath condo is situated right on the beach and offers balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The low floor views are phenomenal! Relax on the extra large 10 foot by 27 foot balcony and take in the views of the quartz-white, sandy, beach and beautiful emerald coast gulf waters. The balcony area is an entire separate outdoor living space with comfortable, cushioned, polywood dining table and chairs, chaise loungers, and beautiful outdoor area rugs. Enjoy stress free naps on the luxury chaise loungers and sleep to the sound of the waves.

This beautiful condo includes the nicest and most complete kitchen you'll find at Tropic Winds! A kitchen remodel includes high-end Luxe blue relieve quartz counter tops, beautiful stone surrounds, glass-tile backsplash, stainless under-mount farm sink, and all new wrap-around cabinets with self-closing drawers and doors. The upgraded stainless appliances include a double oven!, microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator with convenient in-door ice and filtered water dispenser. This chef-inspired kitchen also includes all the small appliances you would ever need, all made by Kitchen-Aid, including blender, food processor, stand mixer, etc. Coffee lovers will enjoy their choice of the fast Ninja coffee and espresso maker (bring your Nespresso pods!), Keurig coffee maker, or regular Kitchen-Aid ground coffee maker! A separate laundry room includes an upgraded full-size front loading washer and dryer.

The beautiful living room includes leather sofa and chairs, fabulous 65 LG OLED wall-mounted HDTV (great for entertainment), balcony access, and inspiring views of the beach/gulf. A separate secretary desk and chair is provided for your computer or work space. Rooms also include charging outlets for your electronic devices.

The dining room includes plenty of room to enjoy those home cooked meals at the beach and includes a Pier 1 glass top table with six chairs and adjacent breakfast bar with four bar chairs.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, 55 television, and private full bath ensuite with walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes one king bed and private full bath ensuite with combination tub/shower. Bedroom three includes two queen size beds with full bath and combination tub/shower.

This condo owner provides their guests with an 80 gallon, light-commercial, water heater to provide sufficient hot water for everyone.

Tropic Winds is located on the quiet west-end of Panama City Beach within close proximity to the new Pier Park shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Amenities include private pool, oversized hot tub, beach, and charcoal and gas grilling picnic areas. An exercise room is located on the eighth floor.

Parking: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, we request that you travel in 2 vehicles or less. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

The only hiccup we had was the unit was probably not rented prior to our visit so the ice maker was turned off, and some electronics in the unit were unplugged and not working, but Riley was our contact and worked with us to fix the problems. The communication was excellent with the staff.

    We had a great stay, in spite of the terribly hot weather and thunderstorms which lasted all of one night and half of the other.The unit we stayed in was immaculate and well stocked with a wide variety of essentials. The only problem was a toaster which became inoperable on our last morning.My one complaint concerned the swimming pool and its location. The pool water looked filthy on one of the two days I inspected it, and the area around the pool was in disrepair and in need of a paint job, new fencing, and a thorough cleansing.

    This was the loveliest condo we’ve stayed in. It was decorated so nicely, comfy beds, amazing balcony, well-stocked kitchen. The owner included so many thoughtful touches and was fantastic to communicate with. The beach access was convenient, and the views were amazing. If you’re looking to stay on the quieter end of PCB and have a great get-away, I think you’ll love it here! We would absolutely stay here again.
