The fully stocked kitchen boasts a new, spacious, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser. Start your mornings right with a traditional or k-cup coffee maker. You'll find all you need for preparing delicious meals, including a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, and full cookware set. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with nickel-gapped wall surrounds and seating for four. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six.

The master bedroom suite includes separate balcony access, with gulf-views, and features a king-size bed. The 50” wall-mounted Vizio TV is perfect for late-night entertainment or the morning news. The private ensuite master bath offers a beautiful tile walk-in shower, a convenient double vanity, a wall-mounted hair dryer, and an abundance of light.

A spacious guest bedroom comfortably sleeps four and features two newly furnished queen beds and chest of drawers with plenty of storage. BOOKING POLICIES AND RULES:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, Ocean Reef maintains and enforces the following policies. Our On-Site Property Manager or Ocean Reef Security team are present daily to ensure compliance. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. An ID may be required for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons.
- MINIMUM AGE: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to book this condo.
- OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.
- NO-SMOKING/VAPING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, including on the balcony. If you plan to smoke or vape during your vacation, please book a different property. Violation may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your damage deposit.
- NO PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property.
- QUIET HOURS & RESPECT: Quiet hours must be strictly observed. Loud music, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect the peaceful enjoyment of your neighbors and their balconies.



PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.

    Condo was very nice and comfortable. Two stars for the horrible elevator situation and lack of communication with the owners. For two of our five days we were significantly delayed trying to go to and from the beach because only one elevator was running for the entire building. There were 20-30 minute wait times each way especially during busy times. Talking with other residents this seems to be common with this building. When we tried contacting Greta’s several times during our stay we never got one response from them. We got the standard automatic responses like welcome and departure messages but not one response to our specific questions. We enjoyed the actual condo, but the other issues would definitely keep us from renting there again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, though it was the Memorial day weekend, and the overflow parking lot was full on one day, so that was a challenge, but everything else was well maintained, the beach attendant was super helpful. Two minor issues, one of the elevators was out of service the entire 5 days we were there, causing lines and delays, and for a condo that sleeps 6, there were only 4 bath towels, but everything else was well stocked, great location, amazing balcony, and exactly as advertised!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit was exactly as pictured. The kitchen provided all the essentials needed for our monthly stay. We’ve stayed in other Ocean Reef units in the past. The large balcony is the amenity we like the most. Some of the balcony furniture was rusty and should be replaced for future renters to enjoy. Being close to Pier Park and other shopping is a big plus.
