*4 Bedroom* Phoenix West! Balcony On The BEACH! Condo 1909

This condo was perfect for our family! My husband and I, our oldest son and his wife and their 3 kids, our middle son and his wife and their 3 kids...the space was perfect for us!

My father adores the beach. It is nothing for him to visit Gulf Shores & Orange Beach several times a year. He booked this exact unit from August 12-18, 2023. My 2 sisters & I, along with our spouses & children, spent great quality fun family time in this unit. We all had plenty of space & enjoyed our own bathrooms & loved to sit out on the balcony early AMs & late PMs (even got videos of sharks). The 19th floor makes amazing views of marine life down the shore. On the 18th we said our goodbyes & all looked forward to next year's beach trip together again (per usual). Unfortunately, that was the last time I ever saw my daddy alive. Right there in that beautiful condo we shared so many great memories in. Thriving & full of so much life. Life that could last lifetimes. Life most of us surpass. He passed exactly 2 weeks later on September 1, 2023 at only 58 years old. He was venting a natural gas pipe at work (TVA) when it folded under pressure causing a fatal brain injury. Life is fleeting & incalculable. Enjoy your time with your loved ones. Be grateful, always. Things can always be worse. My sisters & our children had a beautiful memorable beach trip this year (July 2024). We all just had an aching sensation that we were missing a major part of our regular family tradition. In an odd way this helped me appreciate the trip more & time I had with family. Great venue and layout. Big problems with appliances. Reported refrigerator and freezer outage on day #1- took more than 24 hrs for someone to look at it and still not repaired before departure. Ice machine and wine fridge also malfunctioned and unusable. Reported and checked in multiple times to help next guest have a better experience with appliances. Needs some TLC with maintenance. Might be a building problem. Apt next to us had no AC. Service desk personnel very nice when present. Lots of signs of “currently not available”. Could have been a 5 star experience otherwise.

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! It was extremely spacious and we had every single Amenity of home plus a breathtaking view of the ocean! We will definitely stay here again!!
