There is a large pool in the back of the complex with gas and charcoal grill facilities. Great family area! Across the street is a private beachside, heated pool with restrooms. Walk out of the pool to the white sand beaches on the beautiful emerald shores. On-site fitness center and luggage carts for the guests use.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 All guests are required by the HOA, to register their vehicles and pay a fee to park at the property. This fee is paid directly by the renter outside of VRBO and non-refundable. This unit is allowed up to 3 vehicles at $25 per vehicle for the length of your stay.

Non-smoking (this includes balconies and pool areas), no pets, over 1800 square feet plus a 300 square foot balcony and professionally decorated for comfort with a fabulous gulf view from living area, both Master suites and balcony.

4 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo with remodeled kitchen (completion November 2014) with granite counter tops. All bathrooms remodeled in January 2015. Tile floors in all living areas with new carpet in all bedrooms in December 2015. Spacious and open dining and living area with 6 chairs at the table and 4 bar stools plus extra dining chairs. Ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. 2 Master suites have king-size beds and gulf views. 3rd bedroom has queen size bed with attached bath. 4th bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk-beds and 1 set of twin over full bunk-beds (delivery October 2014).
