Step inside to a spacious living room with a large 65-inch smart HDTV—the perfect place to gather for kickoff or a movie night. All TVs in the unit are smart TVs with the most popular apps already installed, so you can log into your own accounts and enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or your favorite streaming service.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need during your stay, from cookware and utensils to modern appliances. For coffee lovers, there are two options: a classic drip coffee maker and a Keurig with starter pods provided. An eat-in dining area makes meals together easy and enjoyable.

The four bedrooms are designed with groups and families in mind. Two queen bedrooms each offer comfortable sleeping space, while two additional bedrooms include flexible layouts with bunks and a pull-out ottoman—great for kids or extra guests. A Jack-and-Jill style bathroom connects two of the rooms, while additional full baths ensure everyone has their own space. Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided for your convenience.

With its bottom-floor location, the condo is easy to access and includes two parking passes for your use. On game days, security is present in the lot for extra peace of mind.

Guests have full access to the condo, and check-in is simple with a secure keypad.
HOUSE RULES & COMMUNITY RESPECT

We want you to feel at home while protecting the comfort of our neighbors and the integrity of the community.

1. Pets & Smoking
* No pets are permitted.
* No smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana is permitted on the premises.

2. Quiet Hours
* Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
* Please keep noise at a level that respects neighbors at all times, especially outdoors or on patios.

3. No Parties or Events
* This home is for rest, relaxation, and small gatherings within your group—not parties or large events.
A “party” is defined as any gathering that:
- Exceeds the occupancy limit,
- Creates excessive noise,
- Triggers complaints from neighbors or HOA, or
- Requires law enforcement intervention.
Violations may result in:
- A $500 fine,
- Immediate termination of the stay with no refund, and
- Liability for damages, cleaning, or lost revenue if future bookings must be canceled.

4. HOA & Neighbor Awareness
* The property is located in an HOA community. Both the HOA and neighbors actively monitor:
- Parking limits and vehicle counts,
- Guest occupancy, and
- Noise or gatherings.
**Reports of violations may result in HOA fines, involvement of local authorities, or immediate termination of stay.**

5. General Neighbor Courtesy
* Please park only in approved areas, avoid blocking driveways, and keep outdoor activity respectful.

6. Parking Pass: Parking at the property is by permit only. You can park in any available space in the parking lot. There are 2 parking passes assigned to this unit and they will be left in the kitchen attached to sun shades for your vehicle`s window. Please place the sunshade on your dashboard of your car with the parking pass visible. DO NOT REMOVE THE PARKING PASS FROM THE SUN SHADE. Be sure to return the sunshade to the kitchen when you check out. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WITH THE PARKING PASS OR SUN SHADE. A FEE OF $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR A LOST OR TAKEN PARKING PASS.

    Wonderful host! A member of our party left behind a jacket and Scott went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get her jacket. Gracious and patient host! The apartment was perfect and exactly as advertised. Love the little touches like coffee pods, water and snacks. What a great way to be treated after a long drive. Wi-Fi was great and reliable as a few of us had to work during our stay. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here in the future.

    Great location very close to Toomers Corner. Clean and updated inside. Because of its proximity to campus, you could hear the campus life but overall a great stay.

    The property was clean, available early and easy to enter and leave. We encountered two issues that I would love for the owner to fix in order to make this a top notch stay. There was no iron and we had events to attend and there was only 1 TV in a 4 bedroom apartment (this is not a condo). TV's are so inexpensive now I can't understand why there was only 1.

    Property was as described and close to campus. It was an easy walk to the stadium for game time. It was perfect for 2 families to each have a shared bath between 2 bedrooms. Communication with the host was easy and timely.
