Great facility…clean, spacious, really enjoyable, met with old friends of ours from NC. We used to meet here 15-20 years ago and was good to return.

This was our second time staying on this property. It has been excellent both times. There is loads of space and the kitchen is fully stocked. Larry is always accomodating and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!

First off, this condo was gorgeous! Clean and well kept with an amazing beachfront view! The whole place including the lobby, the hallways, the condo, the pool, and the area of the beach by the complex was exceptionally well taken care of. The condo was the perfect space for 8 people. It was stocked with all the kitchen appliances and dishes needed. The check in and check out instructions were super easy. We had an amazing time. It was also conveniently located like 15-20 min away from Broadway on the Beach and there were a ton of restaurants around the complex that made it easy to try out local food. Close to Kroger, Food Lion, and Publix. All in all just an incredible experience and would 10/10 stay there again!!The only feedback we have is that the kitchen sink didn’t drain well from the day we arrived and the showers could use a little updating/deep cleaning with the corner caulking and plastic seals (but let me be so clear that these are MINUSCULE things that were noticed compared to how happy we were with our overall experience!)

The room and hotel were amazing! The room fits six adults with ease and plenty of rooms to get some privacy, plus a massive balcony that wraps around the building for even more privacy. Big kitchen with everything you could ever need, laundry room, bathroom, shower, and tub options were all excellent! The staff and residents at the hotel were incredible as well. (Yes Larry, I’m talking about you!) I highly recommend a stay here. So much so, that I’ve booked again for next year and cannot wait to return to Myrtle Beach’s best place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very tastefully decorated in peaceful coastal colors. The unit was very clean. The location was very centrally located to restaurants, shopping, golfing etc.

Needed more Kleenex but survived fine. Front Bedroom needs blackout curtains, morning sun comes directly through the wood blinds.

Stayed for a week for an end of year family vacation, view was amazing! Larry was an excellent host, had a small issue with a tv in one of our kids rooms, wanted to use it for white noise, Larry was amazing and had it fixed immediately. Property is beach front and it was never crowded, access to the pool on the property and the property next door was a game changer. We will attempt to book this property anytime we are in MB first! Thank you sir!

It is great venue but dryer did not work we had to be there due to grandchildren napping. Ice maker broken as well as disposal electric connection did not work. Owner worked through this with us but it was our vacation and we addressed every entry from installers etc.

This property is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous oceanfront views! The balcony space is very large with enough space for everyone. The inside is also very large for family to gather around. We will definitely be returning!

We’ve stayed at Kingston Plantation for years and have rented in Margate Tower before. Loved, loved, loved this condo! Beautiful oceanfront condo, so comfortable, lots of room and everything we needed for meals. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were my boyfriend, my mom, my mom's best friend, my son, and four of his friends (16 to 17 years old). We had plenty of room, and the condo was decorated beautifully. I like the Margate building and the front desk staff. Another great feature is that there is a warm pool and a cold pool. Thank you, Larry, for letting us stay in your condo for our vacation.

Excellent condo and very spacious. One of the few with at least 3 King beds. Right on the Beach.
