Stayed Aug 1, 2025Came down for family reunion nearby. Enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Very clean and spacious. Only thing is the floors area little noisy from.otjer units. Staff very friendly. Checkni. Process fast and seamless.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025I was a bit disappointed with this facility, first the customer service a check in was disappointing. It took about 25 minutes and I was the second person in line, second, we got to the room and there was a old milk container of Lactaid in the refrigerator that smelled really bad, the carpets were filthy. The floors were wet. The towels had not been replaced so we only had a couple. The deck had nail sticking up and I cut my toe on one of the nails. So like I said, it was disappointing.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The condos were very nice. Roomy, beds were fantastic. Very clean. Plenty of soap etc. only hard time I had was the three flights of stairs. Did not know there was no elevators. But I have bad knees. The rest of the crew had no issues

Stayed Apr 12, 2025The reservation was changed to Historic Powhatan, which was wonderful and very helpful when we found we could not access the original unit because it was not wheelchair accessible although it had been confirmed with the owner more than once. The resort found us a unit we could use and it was wonderful. But I am afraid to make future arrangements through VRBO due to this issue.

Stayed May 17, 2024We were happy with our accommodations at Greensprings when we visited our friends in Williamsburg. Good location with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were large and comfortable. Except for the bullfrogs at the pond, it was a nice, quiet environment. Fun long weekend with lots of laughter and catching up with old friends.
