4 Balconies, Water Views, Fireplace, Kitchen - Great For Groups

I would definitely stay here again. It is very clean and in a safe area. It is centrally located to local restaurants and shopping.

Nice 3 Bedroom condo. Great location. A nice touch to have 5 beach chais and towels for us. I wish the freezer ice machine was connected to make ice. Great support when the TVs were not working. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay in an amazing location being able to walk everywhere! Having balconies in almost every room was such a plus. Absolutely would come back again!

This property was perfect for us. We were getting together to reminisce about the years gone by. We all grew up in the same neighborhood and have know each other since being us young as 5. Property was spotless, ample parking for up to 4 cars. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Spacious for entertaining. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Management staff could not have been nicer. Thank you for making our stay memorable.. We will be back.

Overall, the property is great! Wonderful location and plenty of space for 3 couples. There was only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay and we had to call maintenance for the gas fireplace and a flickering overhead light. The fireplace was quickly fixed but the light needed more time so we had just the bedside lamp for the stay. There was also no water run to the ice maker so that was a little disappointing. The top floor master suite got super cold the night it snowed. Not sure if the heat stopped working or just couldn’t keep up. First and second floors were comfortable. All very minor issues, but had we paid in-season prices they would feel like a bigger deal.

We stayed this past weekend. Good location. However very small living room. Also there was no one in the place and they still would not let us check in until 4pm. They were rude about it. Didn’t like that. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Bed was comfy though. Also they need to update things. A bit outdated

We had a great time! Very clean and really comfortable beds. Only complaint would be t-towels in the kitchen, more bath towels and dishes for baking. Other than that, great house!

While I thought this property has several strengths, it's nicely located near a lot of shops, food, and activities, it had plenty of space for our family of five, and a rooftop deck to enjoy the view of Newport harbor, there are two important things to know about this property: 1. The front of the complex faces Thames street and the largest master bedroom is on the third floor facing the street. There is A LOT of noise late into the night in this area (likely more during the summer, with the nice weather and the bars and restaurants on Thames). This same bedroom also has about 8 windows with very little light blocked by the thin shades, so you will be up when the sun is up. The other two bedrooms are quieter and darker, for those looking for more sleep on their vacation. 2. The second to last night of our 5 night stay had heavy rain and my daughter woke up with water dripping from the ceiling onto her bed. I reached out to the property managers who said they would send the maintenance crew. I wasn't terribly concerned about this leak since we were leaving the next day, and planned to be out for the day. There was a stain on the ceiling in this bedroom before the rain though, and there is a deck above it, so unless the problem is remediated fully, the leak/drip is likely to happen again with the next heavy rain.

Close to everything, walked everywhere ?

Got together with family for a few day, unit was perfect for our needs. Clean, great location, enjoyed our stay.
