Stayed Oct 31, 2025Very nice condo, large patio area with great views. Would definitely rent this unit again. We knew the first week in November would be slow, but we were quite surprised how dead the area was. There was maybe 10 cars in the parking lot at Phoenix I. It was nice not having to wait for a table a local restaurants.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The room was ehh. The bathroom fan was so loud the bed was not comfortable, cleanliness was not so good. But the manager was able to get us switched to a much nicer condo. The staff is very nice. The property is nice and has great access to the beach.

Stayed Jul 25, 2022My family and I stayed at this lovely condo July 25-28. We loved it! First off, it is adorable.... decorated so cute. Plenty of space for my family of four. It has 2 doors leading to the balcony, including one from the master bedroom. The view is spectacular and the balcony is HUGE! An added bonus is that you have access to the Phoenix I - IV facilities. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 15, 2021We really enjoyed our stay. It was a girls trip with moms and teen daughters and being right on the beach was perfect. The location of the condo was great and the condo itself had everything we needed- the beds were comfy, balcony was amazing, the decorations were beach perfect and the place was comfortable for our group of 4 (would have been a little bit tight if we had 6 or more people in the condo). My only complaint is the lack of communication regarding the trip. I expected to receive something about the check-in process prior to the trip or any other pertinent information, but the only time I would get something was if I asked. However, when we were onsite the front desk workers were awesome and so helpful! Even with the communication concerns- I would highly recommend this condo!
