Stayed Apr 1, 20231. Floor was dirty and turned the bottom of your socks black 2. Patio doors need replaced as they don't lock.

Stayed Mar 22, 2021My family and I stayed at this property for Spring Break. Our 4 children are teens ranging from 11-18 and it was great for everyone! Beach was beautiful and we were walking distance to fabulous restaurants and the pier.

Stayed Mar 12, 2020Our stay in Cocoa beach was wonderful. The condo had everything we could need. Very well organized. Central to shopping, activities and the BEACH. If anything, the pictures from the 3rd floor beach side balcony online don't do justice to the amazing location.
