All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Stayed May 20, 2022We really enjoyed our stay at A302. It was well kept, spacious and beautifully decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The great view was an added bonus! We would love to come back here.

Stayed Apr 10, 2022We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back! It is great for families/kids and they loved the hot tubs, kid pool, lily pads with the rope to try to walk across, the lazy River, and easy/close access to the beach/ocean. Our balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and overlooked the pools. It was clean, spacious, and we never heard any noise from our neighbors. We rented a car and parked in the parking lot. It was easy to get around and drive to nearby shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed Aug 13, 2021We really enjoyed the condo. It was furnished nicely and had a great view. We only encountered a few negatives (stove burners needed replacing, dryer doesn't work well, and no Keurig coffee maker) but it had lot of cookware and utensils and was decorated well. We have stayed at Waterscape three time now and have booked again for next year with a 3 bedroom (more family coming).
