Fairly clean unit. Comfortable beds. Very nicely decorated. Needs new couches. Had a hard time getting in touch with the people I pd to use the unit. They never responded to the last message I sent them

It was nice to be on the 3rd floor where we didn’t have to rely on the elevator each time. Our condo was clean, well maintained and super cute. We had plenty of space. My only criticism would be the pool rules seemed extreme, the lights on the pool overnight were blinking and that reflected into our room and there was an unpleasant sewer smell near our side of the tower but it was only present when walking to the parking lot.

We love staying at the Watercrest. This is our 5th year enjoying PCB from the quiet comfort of a Watercrest condo. ECDI was very responsive to our needs. I called about an issue with a leaky faucet and the door lock. A maintenance crew was there within an hour to fix everything.

We have stayed at Watercrest for about 8 years in various units. This unit was my least favorite for several reasons. The room with two beds needs new mattresses, you could feel the springs. One of the master bedroom toilets needs fixed. You have to remember to pull the handle up after every flush or it runs at full force until you do. It would have been nice to have clothes hangers. There were only a few plastic retail hangers. The unit living room/kitchen appear bigger in the pictures. The ceiling in the kitchen and bathrooms are extremely low. Being a tall family it felt like our heads were going to hit the ceiling. Overall it was a great stay and we liked that the unit overlooked the pool so we could easily keep an eye on our teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay at Watercrest. The check-in & check-out process was easy. The walk down to the beach was nice with the help of the long sand mat. Thank you!!

The condo is in a great location! Beautiful beach front views, easy pool and beach access, clean and good appliances. A few needed updates would be mattresses, they were super uncomfortable, new shower curtains, and better drainage in all showers. A good coat of paint and steam cleaning the furniture would make it a five star stay for sure! Good TV’s, good washer and dryer, lots of towels, quiet community with good property management.

The condo was great ! Might suggest a lock change, it was a little difficult to operate at first, but after we figured it out, all was good. The condo was fantastic, great set up with the bedrooms, easy access to elevator and stairs. Will definitely recommend and will rent again.

Had a great week

Condo was as described. Perfect for my adult family. Would have been nice to have lounger on patio. The pool was noisy at night, but pool hours were enforced and by 10 p.m. it was quiet. Overall, a nice Condo.

My only complaint was that the beds (both kings) were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning had a very hard time keeping up. Woke up many nights sweating. But we enjoyed our stay!

Our week at watercrest was fantastic. It’s located on the quiet end of the beach and it was perfect. Grandkids enjoyed the tennis courts, pool, and beach. The condo was beautiful but could use an upgrade on pots and pans. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. Would definately stay here again.
