Condo is very clean and convenient to everything. So much fun hearing the Badger go out each day. It’s very nice having Waterfront park and House of Flavors so close.

We’ve done this stay for several years and always had good beer,good food and good times. Staying at One Ludington Place is perfect! A cozy condo with a fireplace and all the amenities we need for a long weekend. We’ll be back next year!

Ludington is a favorite place for us to vacation. This was the first time at this condo but definitely not the last. Location is perfect. It is very clean and spacious. My family of 7 (6 adults 1 child) had plenty of room. Host is very responsive with any questions. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Carpet permanent stains,matted,dirty,nail pops. Master mattress lumpy. Lights out over stove,master bath fan,kitchen ceiling. We removed kitchen sink stains/pink mold on shower curtain.Headboards loose.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We had an amazing vacation! We had 4 adults and 2 children and all had plenty of room. The location was perfect - 5 minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping and 10-15 minutes to the beach. The pool was clean and the property grounds were well kept. We felt very safe with the entry codes required to enter the building. There are some outdated features in the condo but it was clean and our small issue was addressed quickly! We will be back next year!

This condo is close to downtown shopping, the marina & park, a short walk to Sterns beach. Having a condo was great for making meals for our family. We used the on-site grill a few nights. Having a pool was nice! The only “problem” we had was our kids were told they couldn’t jump into the pool. It wasn’t a huge deal but they are little and didn’t understand.
