3BR/3BA Villa: Central A/C! Short Walk To Beach!

Condo was very well stocked and clean.

Perfect location for all times of life. Great host and great accomodations.

The property was exactly as described and shown in pics. Great location in Poipu. Quiet area and yet convenient to all the restaurants and shops. Quick walk to Poipu beach.

Great place for our family. The location was near the beach and the villa was clean and comfortable.

We travelled with extended family, who stayed in a similar unit. Their unit was a bit outdated, while ours was updated and had a much cleaner feel to it. We were very happy to be staying in this unit as opposed to the other one and would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Kauai.

We loved our stay at this property! We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and a beautiful hiking trail along the ocean! This picture was taken from our villa’s lanai on our last day of our vacation!

Our family of 6 (two teenagers, 4 adults [2 senior citizens]) had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean, close to beaches (Brennecke [great for boogey boarding] and Poipu [sea turtles, just be mindful of rocky ocean floor], and had everything we needed. We appreciated the easy communication with the property manager (Mark). Having beach equipment (wagon, boogey boards, beach chairs) was a huge plus in that we did not need to rent anything. The grounds around the condo were as immaculate as the condo itself. Our children enjoyed the pool and having an easy walk to the beaches. We used Blue Ocean Adventure Tours for the NaPali coast tour and they were excellent! We would definitely recommend this condo to family/friends and would absolutely stay here again!

Michael’s home is just perfect for a family stay in Hawaii. Please look nowhere else! Communication with Michael was immediate at all times. The property is so spacious, clean and inviting - the pictures do not do it full justice! In addition it is positioned in a beautiful part of the island. Walking distance to lovely beaches and not far to so many places of interest. We stayed 5 nights and wished it had been longer. So many thanks Michael.

We had a great stay at this property. Mike, the host, was very communicative and helpful before and during our time there. The place itself was clean and bright. It was also well-stocked. The location was amazing - close to so much! It's only a short walk to the beach, too. Only thing to note is that anyone staying in the upstairs loft can hear EVERYTHING downstairs. To be expected, I suppose, but just a word of caution from my sister who had to hear our 3-year-old every morning at 6am. :P Anyway, overall, would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed for one week. Very nice 3 bedroom condo. Well appointed kitchen.only thing missing was a pitcher of some kind and a tea kettle.Great mattresses in bedrooms, nice bathrooms.Only thing I would ask is for couch in living room to be replaced. Cushions very worn and difficult to sit on.Overall 9.5/10 very close to everything

Great unit in great location. Poipu has wonderful beaches and dining, and there are long walking paths to explore the area.

My family of five had a great time with plenty of room in this beautiful condo. The kitchen and dining room were well appointed everything we needed not that we cooked much. The living room was nice to hang out together in the evening. All the beds were comfortable everything was clean. Lots of things you need for the beach. We loved Kawai. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a graduation trip for my two daughters. There were 5 of us all 18 yrs plus. Plenty of space. Immaculate and like new furnishings. Owner was very easy to communicate with...was even able to arrange early check in for us. Condo is in quiet complex..easy walking distance to pool and beach. Loved Poipu Beach, turtles, and monk seal! Would love to come back some day

The rental was perfect for my family of seven. Loved having the key coded door, multiple bathrooms and washer/dryer to meet everyone’s needs. There was lots of beach gear available for use, which was super helpful and fun! Poipu beach area was a quick walk and had it all, snorkel area, great kid swim area and boogie boarding. It really had something for everyone. The beds were comfortable and it was really refreshing to have air conditioning after a day in the sun or hiking. We will definitely be back!

This townhome is perfect in every way! It is well-appointed, in a great location, and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend!
