Stayed Dec 27, 2024This property is not what I expected for the price. The internet did not work which was a huge problem and I would not have booked had I known there wasn’t reliable internet. The TVs were in and out due to slow cable and no internet. It was too hot in the apt with non working thermostats and bedroom windows all facing communal hallways. The hot water constantly ran out. There were no amenities like shampoo and conditioner, oven mitts, tin foil, dish sponge, etc. which, normally, wouldn’t be a huge issue if we weren’t on top of a mountain with no access to stores. Parking is not included as the listing indicates, the host buries the cost in host fees.It was in a huge very dated hotel. Not exactly the cozy ski resort I was expecting. We had no check in information and the host was not responsive during check in which literally cost us the entire first evening — I wasn’t looking for a huge Soviet-style building with a rude receptionist in the blizzard conditions in the dark (since we couldn’t even check in until 5pm). I could go on but I won’t. The host was initially responsive, I felt I was owed 3 nights but he said he would reimburse me only 1 and then just ignored me when I accepted 1. In the end we never received any reimbursement from him. I hope he took some of profit he made from us (which was an extraordinary amount) and invested it to make things better for future guests.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Traveled to the mountain for the GNCC race weekend. Great room, suited our family well. Spacious and had everything we needed.
