Inviting, very spacious house. Comfortable furniture and well stocked with kitchen wares. Nice screened in porch with view of the golf course.

Nice, quiet location. Beautiful neighborhood, gated community and a view of the golf course. Clean and well maintained home with well appointed kitchen. Really love that it is dog friendly. Had a lovely stay here, best rental we have ever stayed in!

Property is well represented on the web site, there were no surprises. Very comfortable, clean, higher ceilings let the space feel spacious, extremely well appointed, and no issues with parking. Larger foyer/hallway works great to allow temporary storage of golf equipment without restricting movement. The annoyances were simple. Each of us either killed or found a dead roach in our bedrooms. It's SC in the summer so we did not over-react and we saw none in the kitchen or general living spaces. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning as pest control might need to visit. The other issue is with the Peace automated communication system. The text providing the check-out instructions came through just after midnight 34 hours before the check-out time. It woke me up, I checked it, then went back to sleep. 7 minutes later the text requesting feedback on my stay came through and woke me up again! Peace, you are great, but for those of us on 24 hr. call with family, please reschedule these texts to some time we are not likely to be sleeping.

Pros: Bedroom/Bathroom set up is perfect for families and friends Lots of kitchenware and gadgets for cooking and meal prep Amazing golf course view through the wall of windows Outdoor seating a plus in the screened porch Quiet and tranquil surroundings Close to stores and the south end of Pawleys Beach/parking Games, puzzles, blankets were a lovely addition Beach chairs and water items very helpful More pros than cons with this rental Cons Grill is a little small - maxed out at 4 ribeyes on the grill Not enough space in cupboards for our groceries Only two tvs but I guess if you're on vacation it shouldn't really matter The woods attracted a few pests to the house like water bugs and raccoons - even had a gator sighting in the neighborhood but they're supposedly friendly

This is a beautiful place! Like home away from home. I brought a book to read but with the collections they had I could have left it at home. Plenty of storage and fully equipped for whatever your heart desires. This is a return visit for sure. Next time I will just bring my clothes!!

We recently stayed at the Live Oaks Retreat and had a generally positive experience. The home was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful design and layout, which made our stay quite pleasant. They even had toys for the littles. Additionally, the location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and make our way to the beach! However, there were a few aspects that felt a bit lacking. The provision of only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and a single dishwashing pod felt somewhat insufficient for our needs. It would be great if these essentials could be stocked more generously. Especially considering the overall cost of providing these items is relatively low. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have clear instructions on where to take the trash upon checkout, and a folder with recommendations for things to do (dining, activities, what the locals do, etc.) in the area would be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future with these minor adjustments.

Good stay, Primary bath, I think was forgotten and not cleaned. The rest of the place was nice and clean. Just an oversight I hope.

Everything you need for a short vacation. Very clean, well equipped and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We will be back again! Right on golf course with screen porch. Close to everything you need!

I did not find recycling bins or trash bins. House clean, inviting and comfortable. A nice surprise, would rent it again!
