3BR/3BA End Unit: 4'th floor!! Wrap around Balcony, Beach Service!

Location was perfection! Beautiful view of beach- sunrise- and sunset. Kitchen was stocked great. Owners communication was excellent. The bed in master bedroom was so very uncomfortable. It has huge dents on each side it was so worn out and so very soft. I had to sleep across foot of bed. Also, condo could use a really deep cleaning. It’s decorated nice, but whoever cleans is not doing great job.

We loved the wrap around porch. Al provided a clothes drying rack which was fantastic. We could put our wet bathing suits on it in the evening and the constant breeze dried them overnight. Al, the owner, kept in communication with us to make sure everything was okay. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but these were delt with quickly and completely. We liked the location along the beach strip much better. You are still close enough to drive to everything but away from the more crowded section of PCB. We are definitely planning a return trip next year.

What a fantastic, very clean condo. All three bedrooms were super nice. Provided everything we needed for a family of 7 to stay with plenty of room. The pools and hot tubs on the property were great, the gym had enough equipment to provide a good workout. Parking was 100% covered, with temperature controlled walkway. The views of the beach were amazing from the wrap around balcony. The host kept in contact making sure we were all set without any issues he also provided any assistance that we needed, made tons of suggestions for food/entertainment etc. We will definitely stay in Al’s condo in the very near future. One of the best overall experiences that we have had during a week stay on the panhandle. 5 stars all day!

This condo is amazing! My family of 7 had plenty of room and comfort. Al, the owner, is very easy to deal with and answered any questions quickly. We had a great week and we hopefully going back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Consider bringing an ice maker. We got one on Amazon for @ 100, it paid for itself.

The listing was accurate and the host (Al) was easy to work with and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. The condo amenities easily accommodated 3 couples including a large kitchen table as well as a nice balcony with chairs to allow you to sit and enjoy the views. The location is great with parking available in a garage across the street. 2 chairs and an umbrella were included, and additional chairs / umbrellas were available, but were a little pricy on the daily rental. There is plenty to do in the area and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Panama City Beach!

Great location in W. Panama. Well maintained property & beach. Wrap around balcony provides view of both pools and the beach, so you can keep an eye on family. Three bedrooms with baths. Well stocked kitchen. Off street covered secure parking garage.

Best beach condo I’ve stayed in. Three bedrooms all with king beds and attached baths was wonderful. It was really nice to have a dining table large enough for all of us.Being on the fourth floor with a wraparound balcony was wonderful and the sunset views were just fantastic. loved the beach chair and umbrella setup, too! lots of good dining opportunities close by, and grocery stores also convenient. Communication with Al was convenient and timely. Hope to stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Celadon. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Felt that the condo could have been cleaner upon arrival but was overall ok. It was a great location, 4th floor had great views and plenty of outdoor seating.Beds were not the most comfortably but would not keep me from staying again. Woulds suggested owner purchase a few extra pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closets, a second set of dish towels and pot holders as there were none.

Spent a week at PCB and had a great time. Celadon 401 is a fine condo, clean & up to date. Working with Al was easy! He texted us before we arrived to get our arrival time so he could set the door lock. He also texted us several times to check in on us after we arrived. The beach was beautiful, beach service, extra beach chairs & beach toys that were provided were nice perks. I would highly recommend this property for your PCB vacation. Being in the last high rise on the strip created a more family environment. A+

This property has it all, very well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen and even had a fan in each of the bedrooms, would highly recommend staying here. Al was great to work with, very responsive to every text I sent.

We really enjoyed the corner balcony on the condo. Condo has 3 king beds/3 baths which is not an easy find. The owner was very easy to work with. We arrived on Saturday afternoon & had a problem with our pre purchased parking pass & there was no one on sight at Celadon to assist. The Celadon parking garage is a nightmare..not visitor friendly at all. Parking levels blocked off during our stay which was a holiday week. Parking spaces small & with a full size truck very hard to fit. None of the issues were any fault of the condo owner.

This place was very clean with good views and lots of space. We had 6 people and it was nice to have our own space.

We booked this for my wifes 50th birthday with friends. This property was everything that was listed and more. Veiws were tremendous communication with owner was outstanding. The beach service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back.

The Condo at the Celadon was fantastic! Everything was very clean when we arrived and the 3 bedrooms with King size beds and baths was perfect for our family. The beach, water, and weather were perfect during our stay. The two on-site swimming pools were clean and perfect temperatures. The 4th floor wrap around balcony was HUGE and perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Al was a great host, checking on us multiple times during our stay. No issues with the elevators at all. The only thing was there is a $45 parking fee for each vehicle for the week’s stay (we had 2 vehicles $90). I think this should be noted in the listing for future customers. Thanks, Al, for a great vacation.

This is a great condo in a great location! The condo has plenty of room with a great set-up. Three roomy bedrooms with 3 baths. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not overcrowded. Two pools with hot tubs and a decent exercise room. The property is close to a grocery and several really good restaurants. It is also close to Thomas Donuts (the greatest of all time)! We had a great week!

This condo is a great place to stay at the beach. Had some communication issues with the sheets not being clean and hearing back from the owner on that. For the price it would also be nice to have some extras such as dish soap/dish scrubber and a blow dryer. Most units provide this and prevents us from buying un-necessary things to travel with. Other than that it was perfect.
