Stayed Jun 9, 2025Sanibel condos are always great. Very spacious unit. The unit has all the kitchen necessities for a great family vacation. The only drawback was the carpets in all the bedrooms are significantly stained to the point of feeling dirty. If carpets were cleaned this would be a 5 star rental.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023The Sanibel building is in an ideal location. It’s right at the end of the drivable beach. When you go down to the beach, you can go to either the drivable part or the non-drivable part very easily. The views from the balcony are great as well. This condo was clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable as well. The kitchen had any kitchenware we needed. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the garage as well. The owner was very easy to work with and was great at communicating with us. Overall we had a great week here! We would definitely stay here again!
