The condo had everything we needed and the master bed slept amazing! We will be back next year!

Lovely condo in a perfect location. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 4 teenagers that went on this trip. This condo is in Phoenix I but you have access to amenities in Phoenix I-IV which includes an indoor pool, if it rains. Elevators were never a problem other than peak times of checking in or out, which is totally normal and to be expected. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We would book this condo again.

The condo was clean and large enough for our family (4 adults and 2 children). The kitchen has more than enough plates, silverware, etc. and was also child friendly. The DishTV subscription was a pleasant surprise. The splash pad was a big hit with the children. It was obvious that this was a popular location so getting to the pool earlier in the day is advised. We would be happy to return.

This place was great! Beautiful view of the gulf and great location right on the beach. Our family had everything we needed with the beach, pools, hot tubs, and exercise rooms. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and the whole family commented on how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again if we head back to Orange Beach for a family vacation!

After years of staying at a bit more expensive place up the road, we made the now regrettable decision to save a few bucks with this place. It began when we showed up and the handle was falling out of the door. We fixed that once we got in. Upon entry the condo was dark, warm and smelled like dirty socks. That got better after we purchased air fresheners. The view was nice. None of the multitude of remotes worked until we bought new batteries for them. The hall bath tub was super slow to drain so after a three minute shower we were standing in ankle deep water. The toilet handle fell off multiple times. Kinda weird to have two tvs in the same room. Needs some updates. We made the best of it but we won’t be back and can’t recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great views. Comfortable, nice, and clean.

This property is exactly as mentioned. Beautiful..spacious and only a few steps away from the beach! I will definitely be back!

Nice apartment, higher floor so you avoid some of the headaches of full elevators versus lower floors.

My family and I really e joy this condo. This place was very clean, well stocked and great location. I would highly recommend this condo. We will be visiting again next year.

We come every year for a week and bring our entire family. Great property. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Already thinking about booking for next year. Thank you for a great vacation.
