3BR/2BA OCEANFRONT - Nohonani 403 - Stunning Views From Every Room, AC & Pool

Would not stay here again.

Property was not very clean.

The Nohonani is an absolute Gem and this unit specifically was incredible for my family; husband 7yr old daughter, 4yr old son and In Laws! The location truly cannot be beat. I have been coming to Maui, specifically staying at the Nohonani since I was a child and there is nowhere else I would stay. The views are unparalleled. We cannot wait to return!

Amenities, host, kitchen appliances, location, elevator 100%, . Host actively working on critters which i wasnt fond of but they appeared to just be in the kitchen area. There was 5 adult ladies so this is just my review. One of my fav was upstairs master bedroom where i slept, king bed soo comfy for me. I figured out the sound bar after a few days, lol. Wonderful to have, fans avail if u needed them in addition to ac. Screens in door & windows w breezes from the ocean & the view, omg. My 2nd trip to maui & hope to go back sooner than later. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great setup for our group of 6 where we all had plenty of space and it was clean/equipped with everything we needed (including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels). The view from the balcony was incredible—we saw sea turtles every day and had the best view of the sunset. The beach right in front of the property had great snorkeling and a nice pool. We saw more turtles here than we did at Turtle Town. The location was also very convenient for walking to nearby shops. 10/10 would recommend and definitely hope to come back!

The view, the deck incompatible! The condo was well appointed with everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The beach equipment was invaluable, we used it every day. Watching the sea turtles playing in the water at our feet was amazing! We loved falling to sleep every night to the sound of waves lapping at the shore. The location is fantastic, so close to so many things yet private enough to feel like we had our own stretch of beach. John was extremely responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thank you John for an amazing experience in Maui! Our family of 5 are all adults and we found both the communal spaces and bedrooms were large and accommodating. Several of us like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. The in-condo laundry units were used daily.The location was magnificent. We saw turtles every day, no whales as they've already left for the season but we could imagine seeing them right from the balcony. The grocery store, coffee shops, bakeries, ABC store, etc... were all very close. The beach chairs were used daily! And we were so happy to have our own beach as well as a pool. We never had a problem getting a parking space. John was extremely responsive and pleasant! We did have a clog with our garbage disposal and all I had to do was text him and help was on the way. A little more help was needed the following day, which was Sunday, and a repair person came and took care of the problem! We really appreciated the responsiveness and help, especially on a Sunday.My husband and I had been to Maui about 25 years ago and stayed at the Sheraton, just down the street. We had drinks there this time and watched the sunset over Blackrock. While the property is lovely, we were so glad to be coming back to our slice of heaven. No crowds, plenty of space on the beach and pool, and an ocean front view. We are so glad we chose this property for our vacation and left wanting more! We would/will stay here on our next trip to Maui.

The view is beautiful but the property is old and run down. Most of the pool furniture is worn and broken. The property provided many amenities but two of the three bedrooms were very hot with no air conditioning making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The fans and screens were extremely dirty so opening windows was not a great option. This was a wish trip for two of our adult children who are ill, so cleanliness, being hot and dust were a big issue. The kitchen is well-stocked, but small. The air conditioner in the main living area was freeezing up and we had to shut it off. We did let the property manager know these things early in our stay and he said the air conditioner was just repaired. He offered to come in a clean, but I already had spent two mornings cleaning all the fans.The beach area was small but nice and full of turtles. The location is great close to many nice areas to hike and sight-see. Grocery stores and restaurants are close and convenient. We had many choices for the same money, so I would not return to this property. We enjoy and appreciate life, and do not like to complain but this property was disappointing.

A great stay for our family in Maui for a week!

Top notch location that is away from the main touristy parts of Maui. Beautiful view of the ocean (the pictures online match what we saw in person) and surrounding islands. Turtles/whales/dolphins every day. The adjacent pool was a great touch for little kids. The Condo: clean and very well stocked (kitchen utensils to beach chairs/snorkeling gear). AC is great for the afternoon heat. Management: John was great throughout, easy to reach with good closed loop communication. Overall: highly recommend and will stay here a gain.

This property was perfect for our group: Family of four, plus our two kids each brought a friend.The views were fantastic - whales and turtles were constant companions, and we even saw manta rays on two separate occasions. The kids loved the pool and we all really enjoyed snorkeling the reef.The condo itself was lovely. Plenty of room for all. Bright and breezy. The lanai is a place I could spend hours and hours. The sunset views between Molokai and Lanai were just fantastic.The rental was very clean and extremely well-equipped with everything you would need; from the well-stocked kitchen to all of the other stuff (binoculars, beach chairs & Umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.).We loved every minute of it, and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again: we hope to!!Thank you John for being an excellent communicator.11/10 if I could.

The condo was very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Our host was very quick to reply and very accommodating. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were included as they made our beach days much more enjoyable. Our favorite part was the location - close to Lahaina but a bit away from the touristy resort areas. Also being on the fourth floor on a corner was amazing - our son loved watching the whales and turtles from the deck every morning and evening. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a very nice property. View was exceptional, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was a bit small but workable. It could use a few touch ups here and there but nothing to worry about.

Rental was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again!!

We are so happy to have stayed at the Nohonani. There was nothing we could've needed that wasn't already supplied for us. The beds were super comfortable and to us that is very important while vacationing. Whale and turtle watching from the Lanai while enjoying our meals was just perfection. John the owner is so helpful with any questions you may have. This was just great. Mahalo, John

Great property. Kids had a great time being close to the beach and pool. Not too far from some basic food if looking to walk. Great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our week long stay. The house was set up perfect for our needs. The location was within walking distance to the grocery store, food truck park, coffee shops and public beach. There was construction going on in some of the units on property but it did not disturb our stay. Management was great with local recommendations and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend for your family stay.
