Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    Easy to communicate with owner/manager, very responsive. We loved the condo and it was in a great location! Gated entry with assigned parking space was nice. Beach access was great. Walking distance to a few stores. Close to outlet mall, several local restaurants, and a grocery store without having to get out on the main road. Very impressed. Condo was super clean. Three bedrooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. All linens were well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked also. Having a washer/dryer was great. Only problem we encountered was the bedroom/bathroom doors didn't latch/lock. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

    My best friend and I decided to book a joint family vacation— 4 kids and 3 adults total (my husband wasn’t able to make it due to work). The condo itself was great! Lots of room in the living room/dining area for the kids to play and hang out. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes and plates. Rooms were decent sized and everything in the condo was very clean and cozy. My two pieces of advice before booking here: 1. Be aware of the parking situation and 2. Be aware that the splash pad is not in great shape. Prior to booking, we didn’t notice that there’s only one space per condo. The info email we got before the trip had all the details about parking and since I only had my son with me I figured it made the made sense for me to be the one who parked at the RV space. The parking is close but at least a 10 minute walk away. Also, I couldn’t find a straight line path to take after parking my vehicle so I ended up walking on a road with no sidewalk to get back to the condo. People we’re driving so fast on that side road so just be careful if you have to walk there! The splash pad looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or turned on in months. It was disappointing to see, especially since we booked with the intention of letting the kids play there when we weren’t at the beach. The pool was decent and had a shaded area so that was nice at least. Overall, we had a good trip.

    We had a great stay overall. Unfortunately the AC unit was not working properly the first 2 day we were there but we didn’t realize it until the second or 3rd day. They did get someone out there as fast as they could after we let them know in the morning and it did get fixed by the late afternoon on that day. The ice dispenser also got „fixed“ but then only dispensed crushed ice. It was ok for us. The floors were basically clean, but could be cleaner. If we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty after a few hours of being in the apartment. It needs some TLC (tender loving care), but other than that fine.

    Property is a very easy walk to the beach, just across the street to a public access point. Property also has an outdoor shower/foot wash for hosing down after the beach to try and minimize sand into the individual units, which is nice. If you're planning on cooking, basic utensils and cookware are provided but all food items will need to be supplied (salt, pepper, oil, flour, sugar, coffee, etc). This was clearly stated so I wasn't surprised, but just something to consider when you're grocery shopping! Only less than ideal piece was the water pressure was a bit low, so it took some scrubbing to get the residual sand off from the beach. Family had a great time and we would consider staying here again if we come back to this area!

    The condo is very nice and spacious. It’s clean. It’s across the street from the beach, a short walk to get there. It’s gated condos with security which is nice in some ways but they do threaten to tow you if you don’t have the proper parking pass that’s filled out correctly. So that added some stress. You only get one parking spot and anyone else has to park elsewhere. The alternative lot is NOT very close to the condo. It is walkable but kind of far and no sidewalks to get there. Overall great location and stay though
