Set across three levels, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers an easy, family-friendly setup with plenty of room to spread out. The main living level sits between two sleeping floors, creating a nice sense of privacy for your group.

On the second level, gather for movies or board games, enjoy meals together, and step out to the outdoor seating to relax in the island air. Each bedroom features a Smart TV, and there’s a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. When it’s time to cool off, head to the community outdoor pool. In-unit laundry makes longer stays a breeze, and on-site parking keeps arrivals simple.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Spaces are first come, first served. Parking hangtags are required and will be in the unit; please display at all times. A $50 replacement fee applies if a tag is lost or not returned.

• Floor/Elevator: This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building. The elevator is operated by the building management; availability is not guaranteed, and stairs may be required if it’s unavailable.

• Pet Policy (Hilton Head): We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and • ensure the fee is processed.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the unit.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll notify you automatically.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    Very nice property. Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and we had to bring very little supplies to cook our entire Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay again.
