nice size for our group of four. Filthy fans, very dirty under bed in master and under head board. Floors were dirty Pool needed cleaning needed one floor towel for master as well as extra hand towels should have been provided. The staff was amazing especially Marie. Needs to have diet coke.

I would not rent again from this particular company. We arrived late and left the next morning to pick up breakfast. When we came back the guard would not let us in and my family was still in the condo with our stuff. By the time I spoke to the extremely rude and hateful property manager I was upset and confused and by the time the people at the physical property figured it out our food was ruined. I contacted the property manager again later about people smoking below us no answer. And the place has a lot of water damage and the beds were horrible. So sad it wasn’t worth the money.

The condo had beautiful views. It would have been helpful that the spiral staircase was noted in the listing as we did not notice it in the small photos on our phone. The kitchen was lacking some basic supplies that we had to go purchase like hot pads and a pairing knife. We would suggest that the owner start replacing mattresses and the furniture in the living room as they were worn out. One other issue was the code we were given for the beach gate access was incorrect. All in all, we did enjoy our stay at the condo. The elevator was quick, parking was close, and the pool, beach, and restaurant facilities were top notch!

The pool area is great, shorter walk to the beach than most places I’ve stayed. The room was good. Clean, plenty of pillows and towels. The most important thing to note is when we got there. The air conditioner kept turning off for no reason. I emailed the property manager and they had someone there to fix it in a few hours on a Saturday. Also with a few knick knack problems like tv sign in issues. But nothing major. Highly recommend. Will be back

There were roaches all over the kitchen of various sizes. The floors and rugs were very dirty & left my crawling baby's jammies and hands/feet/legs smudged with black. All the kitchen drawers were filthy upon arrival. When the cleanliness issues were addressed, correspondence was so minimal and they cut off communication with me altogether. There was a cleaner that was sent on day 4 that did not reclean all of the tile floors as I asked. A rug shampooer that was supposed to come at 9am on the morning of day 5 that did not show up until 1:30pm right in the middle of our 2mo old twins & 12mo old baby’s nap time and told us the shampooer is very loud. As a result, we declined that service to keep the little one’s schedules in place. I tried to communicate with the property manager through all of it & they ghosted me. And even after all the times I asked what their solution for the roaches was, they never told me. But they decided to send a fumigator unexpectedly to which we were forced out of the condo for him to do what he needed to for several hours. (4 more roaches were killed after that) Just all around, a huge mess & not handled in a very professional way. Property manager still never followed up to see if all of our concerns were met and left 3 follow up emails from me unaddressed. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the sliding patio doors were very hard to open & shut. The master shower handle was broken & either froze or scalded you. And the recliner was broken in the LR.
