3BR, Close to Dollywood. Hot tub!

Right across the street from Dollywood. Very convenient.

No one picked up the trash the entire stay so we had an animal get to the trash. Other then that we had an amazing stay.

Perfect for our weekend get away.

home was nice, but so many things did not work - garbage disposal, dishwasher was noisy, gas fireplace set off smoke detectors; mattresses were soft; cable tv did not work on 3 of the 4 TVs; took 2 minutes to get hot water to back shower;

We have a great stay. The condo was just as described and very clean. The only complaint was the group above us were very noisy.

Lots of space, very clean. So close to Dollywood, but also out of the way.

The property had 3 king beds and ALL of the beds need to be replaced. They are wore out and you can feel the springs in the mattress. The ice maker did not work. The property has 4 TVs but only two of them would even work. They kept shutting off while watching TV. It didn’t matter what station, you tube etc the TVs would shut off. We called for trash pick up and no one came. We had to take our garbage and dispose of it ourself. We also called two times and even stopped and asked an Eden Crest employee about the storm and if there was a safe location we could go if we went under a tornado warning… no one even called us back after saying they would.

The Condo was clean (one exception), comfortable, and conveniently located. The exception to the cleanliness was outdoors on the ground below the deck - lots of food and drink trash and a pair of underwear. It was on quite a slope, so I am sure it is not easy to pick up the trash that blows or falls of the deck, but it needs to be picked up to preserve the natural environment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The condo was large enough for our whole family. 3+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen. It was right across the street from Dollywood which was the purpose of our visit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Our tv did not work and they came to fix it within an hour. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown Pigeon Forge.

Everything was wonderful. Great location, right next to the Dollywood entrance.

This property was in an excellent location as you felt isolated yet everything was within a short driving distance. The rental was perfect for multiple couples with children and had plenty of space to spread out. It would have been nice if some activities were provided within the rental as we experienced several rainy days though. We would hear any movement that occurred above us, whether footsteps, sliding of furniture, or water running. The air conditioners outside the master bedroom were also very noisy. We experienced a few communication issues at the start of stay which resulted in a delayed check in and not having the proper amount of towels for the first half of our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would stay here again though.

The place was so nice and clean Everything swas exactly like the pictures Would definitely stay again 10/10 on everything Also location was a short drive to main strip and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants
