Nice and clean, minor details that needs some upgrades but overall it is a really nice home vacation.

Overall the stay was very good. The space was a good size for our entire family. I would recommend it for others. We will definitely go back.

The condo has a wonderful layout for a family and overall was clean. The furniture needs either deep cleaned or replaced (both living room and patio). If you’re planning to use the golf cart, you may want to consider a different property. The golf cart is old and appears to be one big bump away from falling apart. Sandestin is beautiful and has all of the offerings a family would need!

Beautiful condo! We really enjoyed our stay! They were very very communicative throughout the whole process, made the trip so much better! We will be back!

My only complaint was the golf cart that comes with the condo was much older than most of the carts you see around the resort. It had almost no power steering g making it difficult to drive at times. The last night it actually died on us in the middle of the road and broke down and was smoking. The company was extremely responsive however when I called about the problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, close to the beach and beautiful home. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Blue Beach Properties was the rental company we chose for the transaction for a beautiful townhome in The Tivoli neighborhood. Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were true to the photos and maintenance and management were very responsive if we had any questions or issues. We chose this company because they have local offices within the resort and are able to send out maintenance people if needed on a short term notice even on weekends. They even answer their phones! We would highly recommend using them and the condo was perfect and right on the golf course, and the golf cart was very convenient and we had no problems with it.

We very much enjoyed staying at this villa. It was very clean and in a beautiful area. Close to the beach, closer to the pool. On Hole 13 of the golf course which was wonderful. Golf cart was a great addition.

Very nice property! Excellent customer service & communication with David at Beach Blue Properties! Had maintenance issue late Saturday, July 4th weekend. He went out of his way to get us taken care of before end of day.

Property is nice enough - furniture was comfortable and - clean enough although there was a dirty mop just sitting on the porch. The screens were ripped on the porch also. Golf cart did not work. First 3 days did not have use of a cart and was promised a refund for that amount which wasn’t received. I will say they were very communicative and tried hard to find us a replacement cart for the remainder of the stay which they did. Overall i would stay again but just know going in that there’s a few things that need attention!

We have never stayed in a condo before, and for the first time, we absolutely loved it! Very clean and nice. Loved being so close go thr beach! Ive already recommemded it to several people!

Needs more flexibility on early check in and more things available like trash bags or dishwasher soap. Overall, had a good time!

Overall the property was good! Really need more information with a map of the property, places to eat, where the trash bins are. The beach access was super busy and not a lot of room for tables or umbrellas.
