Enjoy this stay

Everything was great with the condo unit. My only negatives would be the extra expenses added on for VRBO. I felt like it was too much! Also, instead of the rented chairs and umbrellas being in the front closet to the water people were allowed to get in front of you and block your view to the beach. In all my years of coming to the beach that was a first.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Clean and well kept unit.

I’ll start by saying that the location of the condo is as described. Beach views are great. Condo was very dated, late 80’s but I’m not complaining. I really don’t care what the wallpaper looks like. Floors were fairly clean, appliances were functional. If you want a view and beach convenience this is a 5 out of 10. My issues were with Brett/Robinson company. I inquired 1 month prior to our stay in writing to see if there was ongoing construction on property and written reply said no. I called on a separate occasion to confirm and it was stated, no construction. We get there, check in and we are on the 14th floor. Just next door right outside our balcony was a crane, cement trucks and a full construction crew that started at 6:30 AM each morning. RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOWS AND RIGHT OFF OUR BALCONY. I messaged Brett/Robinson rental company at least 6 times to ask what was going on and they denied construction was planned. They told me to ask the front desk. I did ask the front desk manager and I was told that the crane, trucks and crew had been active since Late fall 2020. Brett/Robinson mislead us in VRBO communication so beware. They had every opportunity throughout the week to make it right in some way but would not. Basically said to bad. If interested I can provide the Vrbo communication with the Brett/Robinson resource. BEWARE, they will mislead you and you may end up vacationing with a very loud crane and construction crew right off your balcony with wonderful sounds and early morning wake up noise. I’d say rent from another agency. I know I will never rent with Brett/Robinson again.

Good location. Very spacious condo. Needs minor maintenance, hall toilet will not flush and front bedroom closet door is off track leaning against wall.

We had 6 adults in this spacious condo that has 3 king sized beds! We had a great time!

The property is VERY spacious and we all enjoyed our girls weekend. The view is gorgeous. The master closet is enormous. All rooms were very large and could easily accommodate large families. Many amenities in both the unit and the complex. The showers could use some sprucing up. Need recaulking and mold removed in shower and especially drain. Would definitely stay again.

Ceiling to floor view of Gulf in living and dining area, Wrap around deck has incredible view of inland Orange Beach. We usually stay on the other end of Phoenix East (PExx10) but this is better. There is no 02 unit, it is incorporated in the 01 unit thus Massive space. Six (6) person limit by owner. Furnishings nice reckon that is why the six person limit so they don't sleep all over the furniture. We will be back !

One of the best condos I've stayed at. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and great views.
