3BR, 2BA ground floor unit, next to club house

I enjoyed our stay here at this property! The resort had a nice amount of amenities for the kids and close to everything. I appreciated the communication from the owners they were very responsive and nice! I hated to have to go.

Communication with owner was terrific! The condo was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils. Location was perfect, very close to clobhouse.

The pool is nice and clean but in the unit all the furniture is old fashion and the mattress are bad we didn’t rest

This condo was absolutely disgusting. Without going into details, hair, grease and boogers!

The neighborhood is very good. The property need improve the maintenance of the kitchen, some beds and change the mattresses

Very clean and spacious. Had all supplies we needed and more. Wonderful amenities and location is close to shopping and parks. Beds were very comfortable. We had an amazing time and it had everything we needed.

I liked the location of the property, and the space the place offered. But the place was not clean inside, the sheets all had stains on them, like stains from sheets not even being cleaned before check in. The amount of hair from the previous people was unsettling. The fans had dust caked on them. One of the bathrooms looked like there was bowel movement on the wall behind the toilet. Which is crazy, because the bill says we’re charged 75 dollars for a cleaning fee. Nothing felt clean. Even the drawers in the bathrooms. I didn’t put anything in the drawers. The furniture was insanely outdated, which isn’t a huge deal, but so many pieces were broken and beat up it was hard to not notice. I think the whole set up with getting checked in and getting the codes and stuff like that worked excellent. I’m just really disappointed about everything else.

Love the Tiki Bar area....nice to have a place to relax after parks....will stay here again

We had a great stay at this condo. The location within Windsor Palms was perfect - easy walk across the street to the clubhouse for ping pong and pool. And the property managers were quick to respond when we had questions, even over the holiday weekend (like how to get a last-minute family member buzzed in at the front gate!).

The place was amazing and clean. The amenities at the complex were fantastic. Will definitely go back to Windsor Palm and stay at this condo.

A very nice condo close to Disney condo has everything and is well kept

This condo had space for all of us and smells so good when you open the door. We came for a graduation and was delighted that the condo had an ironing board and iron so we were able to iron the graduation gown and all our dress clothes. This condo is very near the pool and club house which we enjoyed. Loved having full sized washer and dryer available.

Friendly and very helpful owner

We have been staying at windsor palms every year and have stayed more then once at this apartment. It is on the ground floor. It is clean. Bed in masterbedroom has to be replaced. The other 3 rooms are good. The host responds in less then an hour. Apartment is close to the clubhouse. You can make your online delivery at the clubhouse without charge. We would stay here again. Thank you for having us.

It was a great place....the accommodations, the price and the easy check-in were all good. Everything we needed was furnished in the condo-just got groceries and paper products and we were set. No problems at all and I would highly recommend it. I wouldn't hesitate booking future stays here. Loved the place!!

This was our second stay at this property. And we were really excited about it. We had some issues with communication and the check in process did not go well. It did get corrected but after a lot of frustration. The condo was clean, beds are uncomfortable but we knew that going in. We enjoy the resort and the location.

Lots of room for the 5 of us. Enjoyed hot tea in the morning on the screened in porch. Everyone liked the pool and tiki bar. It was so nice and convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. Very spacious and loved the pool and game room in the club house. My only negative was there were no extra trash bags or toilet paper. If i had known that, i would have brought extra instead of having to go out and buy some. Other than that, everything was five stars and we would totally stay there again.
