Guest Access:

This is a duplex, so there is a shared wall as other people live in the next door home. Guests have access to this unit which is a two story home. There is a driveway and garage that guests can use.



The Neighborhood:

A short 4 min drive to Downtown Main Street.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle to get around would be necessary and we do recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter months December - March!



Other Things to Note:

This property does not have air conditioning.



There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 +tax for one, $140 + tax for two.



If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules.



For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.



Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.



Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Check in is contactless, there will be a keypad on the front door and you will get a unique code to use.
